Year in Review

I'm taking this idea from Tim's blog. He went back and put the first sentence to his first post of each month of the year.

January--Thank you everybody for all your nice comments about my tatoo's and my boobies (what else can be said about this) hehehe

February--I have nothing of interest to talk about today. (that's when I was packing my mom up to move) ( I think the words "boredom coma" were in that post)

March--Woke up in a good mood, but everything everyone did made you yell? (I was cranky that day I guess)

April--Man my Dogs are in so much trouble today. (they had raided Kiddo's easter basket and killed his chocolate bunny)

May--So kiddo and his friend J got to go to the carnival this weekend. (this was the story of how he beat that old ladies ass with the squeekie hammer....squeak squeak squeak)

June--Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Well we made it. We are in Texas. Man, three states, two sunburns, one dinosaur museum, one shitty ass service motel, 5 fast food joints, two slaughter houses, one herd of antelope, multiple cows, horses, and squished armadillos and raccoons later. We are finally here. (okay the first paragraph was much better than just the first sentence)

July--31 days.... that's the magic number. Apparently 31 days is how long a little 9 year old boy can handle being away from his daddy and his home. (my babies melt down)

August--I'm home!!!!! ( you think I was excited to be home??)

September--I just thought everyone could use a good laugh. (my neighborhood hazard post)

October--Well Saturday we went up to the mountain to go pinon picking. (the title of that post was "pinons and flaming crotches" )

November--Well trick or treating was a success. ( I think I still have halloween candy)

December--Thank God that is over. All the political bullshit of the city fire dept crammed into one room, with the pretense of being a Christmas party. (self explanatory)

I just wanna wish you all a very happy and safe New Years!!! Please don't do anything stupid. I won't post for a couple days. Captain daddy has to leave on Monday and I will be cramming as much daddy daughter things in as I can. I always hate to see him leave. I want him to stay forever.

Anywhooo....HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

The Vet Owns My Ass

Hi everyone!!! Did you all have a good Christmas??? We had a wonderful one. Lots of pressies, lots of laughter, lots of love. Had a wonderful dinner with Captain Daddy. Did some great after Christmas sales on Monday. Got wrapping, labels and cards all for next year. Tuesday, we took Buster to the vet, got Captain Daddies hair cut, went to post office, went to store to get some stuff for dinner, and went to the bank. I then came home and made stuffing, and boiled eggs, and made pecan pie and pumpkin pies. Gigantors parents were coming for dinner today, and he wanted to do a huge turkey dinner. So...Basically we had Thanksgiving all over again. I'm getting really cooked out. hehehehe

On Wednesday before Christmas I had to rush my cat into the vet. He had a toe nail that had grown curved under and had grown into the bottom of his foot, and it was all infected. So the vet had to cut it off, and give him antibiotics. 60 bucks I wasn't expecting. Tuesday we took Buster in (pointer/greyhound mix) He had been limping real bad, and I suspected it was the ligament that held the top bone to the bottom bone. It's called the Cruciate ligament. And yup, it was completely torn off. So he has this big 8 inch incision on his knee on his back leg. They have to remove the knee cap, and clean everything up, then build a synthetic ligament. Then they had to keep him in ICU for a good 24 hours. They were worried he couldn't walk very good and a little worried about his age. We went and got him about 2 this afternoon. OMG my poor baby. Gigantor has to carry him up and down the stairs. And he's on 6 antibiotic pills a day, two pain pills, and 4 joint pills a day. The pain and antibiotics for two weeks, then he gets his stitches out, then the joint stuff for 4 weeks, then we lower him to two a day for the rest of his life. Now brace yourselves. For my baby to get his surgery, and meds. Drum roll please. Seven hundred and seventy eight bucks. There goes almost all of Gigantor's Christmas bonus check. *sigh* what do ya do?? He's our baby too. So...like I said, the vet owns my ass. hehehe

I'll try to write more about the holidays later. I'll be on and off, still got Captain Daddy here, and we are having tons of fun. hehehehe

Off to the shooting range tomorrow and maybe to go see King Kong.

Happy Wednesday everyone!!!

Funny Merry Christmas

Well Captain Daddy did get in on time, and all is well. We have been running non stop. Walmart after he got in, to get kiddo, dinner, wrapping. Then today, Kiddo to party, then me and Captain Daddy went to Bashas, then Safeway, then home for a few (wrapping) then to get Kiddo, to get lunch and home. Made half of dinner, sold swing set, and got it out of here (so we can set the trampoline up). Went Christmas light looking, came home had dinner, watched a movie. Then wrapped all the rest of Kiddo's stuff, and stuff from santa. Only thing I haven't done is wrap a couple little things for in the stocking. Gigantor hasn't wrapped anything yet. Tomorrow Gigantor and Captain Daddy are going to the store to shop for me. I in the mean time get to boil eggs, and make 5 pumpkin pies, and cookies for Santa, and clean off the table, and vacuum. uggghhhhh

Okay on that note. I wanted to wish all my Blogger Family a very very very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!! I'm gonna leave you with a funny, and I don't know when I'll get back. Lots of stuff to do. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!! I ADORE YOU ALL!!!!

Christmas with Louise

As a joke, my brother used to hang a pair of panty hose over his
fireplace before Christmas. He said all he wanted was for Santa to fill
them. What they say about Santa checking the list twice must be true
because every Christmas morning, although Jay's kids' stockings were
overflowed, his poor pantyhose hung sadly empty.
One year I decided to make his dream come true. I put on
sunglasses and went in search of an inflatable love doll. They don't
sell
those things at Wal-Mart. I had to go to an adult bookstore downtown. If
you've never been in an X-rated store, don't go. You'll only confuse
yourself.
I was there an hour saying things like, "What does this do?"
"You're kidding me!" "Who would buy that?" Finally, I made it to the
inflatable doll section. I wanted to buy a standard, uncomplicated doll
that could also substitute as a passenger in my truck so I could use the
car pool lane during rush hour. Finding what I wanted was difficult.
Love dolls come in many different models. The top of the line,
according to the side of the box, could do things I'd only seen in a
book
on animal husbandry. I settled for "Lovable Louise." She was at the
bottom of
the price scale.
To call Louise a "doll" took a huge leap of imagination. On
Christmas Eve, with the help of an old bicycle pump, Louise came to
life.
My sister-in-law was in on the plan and let me in during the wee
morning
hours, long after Santa had come and gone, I filled the dangling
pantyhose with Louise's pliant legs and bottom. I also ate some cookies
and drank what remained of a glass of milk on a nearby tray. I went
home,
and giggled for a couple of hours.
The next morning my brother called to say that Santa had been to
his house and left a present that had made him VERY happy but had left
the dog confused. She would bark, start to walk away, then come back and
bark some more. We all agreed that Louise should remain in her panty
hose
so the rest of the family could admire her when they came over for the
traditional Christmas dinner.
My grandmother noticed Louise the moment she walked in the door.
"What the hell is that?" she asked. My brother quickly explained, "It's
a
doll." "Who would play with something like that?" Granny snapped. I had
several candidates in mind, but kept my mouth shut. "Where are her
clothes?" Granny continued. "Boy, that turkey sure smells nice, Gran,"
Jay said, trying to steer her into the dining room. But Granny was
relentless. "Why doesn't she have any teeth?" Again, I could have
answered, but why would I? It was Christmas and no one wanted to ride in
the back of the ambulance saying, "Hang on Granny Hang on!"
My grandfather, a delightful old man with poor eyesight, sidled
up to me and said, " Hey, who's the naked gal by the fireplace?" I told
him she was Jay's friend. A few minutes later I noticed Grandpa by the
mantel, talking to
Louise. Not just talking, but actually flirting. It was then that we
realized this might be Grandpa's last Christmas at home.
The dinner went well. We made the usual small talk about who had
died, who was dying, and who should be killed, when suddenly Louise made
a noise that sounded a lot like my father in the bathroom in the
morning.
Then she lurched from the panty hose, flew around the room twice, and
fell in a heap in front of the sofa. The cat screamed. I passed
cranberry
sauce through my nose, and Grandpa ran across the room, fell to his
knees, and began administering mouth to mouth resuscitation. My brother
fell back over his chair and wet his pants and Granny threw down her
napkin, stomped out of the room, and sat in the car. It was indeed a
Christmas to treasure and remember.
Later in my brother's garage, we conducted a thorough
examination
to decide the cause of Louise's collapse. We discovered that Louise had
suffered from a hot ember to the back of her right thigh. Fortunately,
thanks to a wonder drug called duct tape, we restored her to perfect
health. Louise went on to star in several bachelor party movies. I think
Grandpa still calls her whenever he can get out of the house.

Thanks all

Thank you everyone for your advice. Here is the thing. I agree with a couple of you about having a tough skin, and rolling with the punches. Goodness knows that Kiddo has gone through some terrible bullying past couple years at school, and we have helped him work through how to deal with that. This is where I was falling into a problem. Since he has been bullied we always have told him how his family and friends are his soft place to fall. They are the people that accept you and don't say or do mean things to you. And K is supposedly one of his best friends, and kept doing it, even though Kiddo would ask him not to. I don't care how tough you think a kid needs to be, they should never ever have to undergo abuse and definitely not from the people that are supposed to care most about them. So...here is what happened. The more I thought about it, the more I came to a decision. I went ahead and called his mom. Just thinking it might be something that these dam 9 year olds go through. Still small children, but struggling to grow up, but not to fast. Confusing age. She said she would talk to him. After school, kiddo told me that he pulled K to one side. Told him that he didn't want called that anymore, not by his friend. And K goes, well I'm sorry I was only kidding. And Kiddo says, well sometimes kidding can even hurt a person. Kiddo says, if you wanna call me something, why don't you pick a better nick name like Tank or Bulldog or something (my ideas that morning, cuz Kiddo is build like a brick like his dad) So....K goes, Okay I'll call you bulldog, and I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, that's not what friends do. I was very very proud of those two for that. They were more mature than most grown ups.

I so very much appreciate the advice everyone gave me. But I do have one thing to say. I think children should learn there are cruel people out there (unfortunately) and they should blow alot of what is said off. But I will NEVER EVER EVER condone any kind of verbal or physical abuse or anything verbal or emotional that hurts a person from family or friends!!!! Those are the people that are supposed to love and support you no matter if you have three eyes, or are fat or skinny or pimply. A child should NEVER have to learn to "roll with the punches" from a loved one. And I will ALWAYS step in in that instance, even if it was my husband or my sister, or parents, and definitely it being a child. I would stick up for anyone one of them.

So...him knowing taekwondo, and the rep of beating up a kid 2 grades ahead of him. My son doesn't get bullied much anymore. (the bruiser) And now he has handled a bad situation with a good friend and it had a great outcome. Also the friends mom was informed so she could just tell her son, that, that was inappropriate behavior to do to a friend.

All is good. And I prattled on, so no funny story today, maybe tomorrow. hehehehe

Happy Thursday everyone. Captian Daddy will be here by noon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Advice

I was gonna post that funny story today, but I will post it tomorrow. Right now I need some advice.

Kiddo has a friend named K. Him and K do alot together. They are tight. But K has started calling Kiddo "pudgy" yes Kiddo is a big boy, he's rather husky, but he's built like a fricken tank. He's got a little tummy on him though. He has told K that it hurts his feelings. But K will say, "I'm only kidding" and just keep doing it. I told him to tell K that sometimes even kidding can hurt, and to please not do it anymore. But...K still does it. He says he's only kidding, and that is what he likes to call Kiddo. Well...it's really hurting Kiddo's feelings. I don't know if I should let these two 9 year olds fix it. Or if I should, uggghhhh, call his mom and talk to her. What do you all think, should I make that call to his mom??? I just don't wanna be like "well your kid is calling my kid names and you better stop it" kind of thing. I think I can be more diplomatic than that. I just don't want to embarrass her or hurt her feelings either.

So...give me your 2 cents worth or advice. And no Alekx, running over K with my suburban is not an option. hehehehee

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Stupid 2005!!!! I can't wait for you to be over!!! I'm so done with this year!!! All that stuff with mom. Hospitals, nursing home's, hospice, then not. What the hell?? Child breaking glasses 1 month after getting new one's. Child breaking tooth, and me have to get it fixed with no dental insurance. Stupid husbands boss changing insurances again. My fall in Texas. Friends parents dying. Hot water heater exploding. Vehicle breaking down couple times. Needing new tires. grrrrrrrrrr So...this month was going pretty good, and I thought. Whoooohoooo I'm in the free and clear. Christmas than new years, and we are good to go. NOT!!!!!!!!

Walk out to get in the suburban yesterday to go get Kiddo from school. Turn key---click click click, then nothing. CRAP!!! Turn key again. Nope nothing. DOUBLE CRAP!!!! Call Gigantor, he comes home, has to push the suburban out of the driveway, by himself, so he can get his truck in there with the jumper cables. Takes 10 minutes of his truck charging it before I can get it started. He tells me to get Kiddo, and not shut it off till I get home, then try to restart it after I get home, cuz it should be charged again. I'm late getting Kiddo. Way late, and he was worried and a little scared. Come home, shut off burb, turn key. Nothing. Not even the beeeeeeeeppppp of the seat belt alarm. TRIPLE FUDGE DIPPED CRAP!!!!!!!!!

Gigantor was supposed to come home from work, and we finish all our chocolate dipping, and making the goodie plates so we can deliver them tonight. But NoOooOoOoO he had to go up to Napa and get another battery and put the bitch in. Only bright side to all of this, was last time we got a battery we bought a 75 month battery, and it was only 24 months. So....we got it for free. Praise God. hehehee

So....I get my avon order and I get it all unloaded and written up and sacked up, and call the people so I can deliver before Christmas. Then we eat dinner, and get busy making the rest the stuff. Gigantor and I were up till almost 11 finishing making the stuff. Now I have to cut up 6 pans (10lbs or so) of fudge, and work on making the plates, so we can still deliver them tonight.

Oh yeah, and I still haven't done any wrapping. And as the little electronic countdown thing that Kiddo does every morning reminded us. JUST 5 BUNNY HUMPING, BREAK YOUR BACK TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING DONE, DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!!!!!! Okay well maybe I added a few words in there. hehehehe

What are you all doing for Christmas dinner??? I think we are having ham, mashed taters, red eye gravy, poofoo, a veggie mixture (mushrooms, green beans, and adamome (soy beans)), deviled eggs, and rolls. And of course pies. hehehehehe Then on the 28th, Gigantors parents are gonna be in and he is doing a turkey, and wants me to make all the fixings like we did on thanksgiving. Dam, I'm gonna be cooking my ass off. LOL

Okay happy Tuesday everyone. I'm off to bang my head on the wall.

P.S. I have a really funny Christmas story I'm gonna try to post tomorrow or Thursday.

Food and more Food

We snagged this recipe from the food network, and tried it yesterday, and OMG it was so dam good. I'm gonna post the recipe at the bottom of the post here today. It was for Slow Cooked Sweet and Sour Pork. But it's not got a sauce or gravy like affair. It's more of juices if you know what I mean. Now on with the post.

What a busy busy weekend. I'll do a short recap as to not make this post to long or to boring. hehehehe Friday evening we went to walmart, and what a fricken nightmare. We found NOTHING that we needed. They aren't ordering new stock cuz they are putting anything new into the supercenter they built that doesn't open till Jan 31st. I told the manager he was an idiot to not stock stuff before Christmas, and that I was going somewhere else and they lost me business. I walked out. Gigantor and Kiddo in my tracks and the manager with mouth open.

Saturday, we got up and the boys worked on racking the pig sty of a yard, and sweeping the porch. I called them in and we ate, then took Kiddo up to party he had. Then Gigantor and I, went to the post office, dollar store (found more stuff than at walmart) and Safeway. Got the rest of the stuff for baking, and the kids at school decorating gingerbread houses. Came home and unloaded, then started putting stuff away. Gigantor left to go get the kiddo, and I worked on wrapping some gifts. After Gigantor got Kiddo, we had to get ready and go pick up his friend K and we went to the Parade of Lights. It was nice. Not as nice as last years, but still nice. After the parade we went and grabbed McDonalds, then came home and ate, and let K play till about 9. Took him home, got Kiddo in bed, then continued to clean stuff up around the house.

Sunday the boys were trying to finish the yard. I got the food in the crock pot. They came in and we all ate some brunch I guess cuz it was 11. LOL Then me and Gigantor got busy. Now keep in mind I have 1 mini loaf pan and 1 mini muffin pan and 2 cookie sheets. I know I know I need more. LOL We made 5 different types of bread in mini loaves. Pecan swirl, cinnamon swirl, banana, apple cinnamon, and date. Then three types of mini muffins, banana, apple cinnamon, and cranberry. I made some soft gingerbread cookies (not the type you frost). And we made 4 kinds of fudge, that ended up being 6 pans, about 10lbs. Plain, pecan, walnut, and macadamia nut. And....Kiddo comes running out of my room headed for the living room. He hits the kitchen floor, and continues to slide his way all the way to the living room. I'm like "what the hell" and get up to check him, and I start sliding all over the place. Gigantor is like "what the hell is wrong with you two?" and I start yelling COOKING SPRAY COOKING SPRAY (we had been spraying the pans over and over again for the cooking that the cooking spray sorta drifted down onto the floor. Well I had been sitting filling the trays for a while, and Gigantor in just one spot in front of the stove so neither of us realized it was all over the floor. Gigantor goes, "what the frick are you talking about" and heads toward me, who is hanging onto the chair trying not to slip onto my ass. And he does this bellow and his one leg goes one way and other the other way. Doing almost the completes splits. hehehee That cooking spray is dangerous stuff people. We then had towels all over the floor, scooching around on them till we got a break. We then swept the floor, and dried it, so it could be washed right. Then vacuumed, then Gigantor finished cleaning up the yard and porch. We clean up our mess from baking, have dinner, then after dinner we started our dipping. hehehehe We have that chocolate factory thing for melting chocolate. We got some cherries dipped and some big long pretzel rods, half just dipped and half dipped and mini dark chocolate chips and white chips put on them. We then get Kiddo in bed, feed the animals, do the dishes, take showers, put laundry in, and proceed to fold and hang our 12 loads of laundry that had been stacking up. We got to sleep about 11.

Tonight I have to finish doing the chocolate dipping. Regular pretzels, more cherries, vanilla wafers, and marshmallows. (we are gonna also dip some of the chocolate dipped marshmallows in crushed graham cracker for like a smores like effect) Then I have to do my Avon order also, and finish cleaning the front bathroom. Tomorrow I will put together the goodie plates and we will deliver them that night.

Anyhow on to that recipe that was so yummie and easy. Now it says a 3lb pork roast. But we had a 6 pounder, so we doubled everything but the potatoes.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork

3cups cubed peeled potatoes (Idaho or Yukon gold)
1 cup chopped onion
3 pound pork roast, trimmed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce (we used regular)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper and salt.

Arrange potatoes and onion in bottom of slow cooker, Place pork on top of potatoes and onions. Spread garlic all over pork.

In a medium bowl, whisk together water, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, mustard, black pepper and salt. Pour mixture over pork.

Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.

We cooked our 6lb one for about 7 or 8 hours on high and it was falling apart.

Enjoy and happy Monday everyone.

Yup Alive

OH my gosh did my doc call it right or what??? He said I wouldn't even feel better or among the living till maybe Thursday. Monday I was begging to be put in the hospital I felt so bad. Tuesday, my fever was still raging, and I only got out of bed to pee and go get my shot. Yesterday I felt a little better, but still like I was under the wheels of a semi. Today I woke up, and OMG it was like a miracle. I'm not totally better by any means. I still have a cough I can't get rid of, and feel like I have a sinus infection. But no fever, and compared to the other days. You would think I was doing great. I hope I feel even this much better by tomorrow. I still have 4 days of antibiotics to take and two more days of the flu drug. My cough is the worst at night when I'm trying to sleep (and no cough drugs are touching it) but even last night it was better than other nights.

Let me just say, if I don't get busy on some wrapping soon. I'm gonna drown. I have mentioned before, I like to buy lots of little things, and I start buying for everyone in like July or August. I got all the stuff wrapped and mailed off that I had to mail. But I still have Kiddo, Gigantor, Captain Daddy (my dad) Gigantors parents, D, kiddo's teacher, kiddo's reading teacher, and Big J's families to wrap. uggghhhhhh LOL I have so much wrapping to do, and being sick, I'm like panicked that I'm not gonna get it done. Let me give you all a little bit of an idea what I have to do before Christmas.

Friday evening (so Gigantor can help cuz I still sick) Gotta go to walmart, get Christmas plates, decorations for a gingerbread house (for 27 kids to use) stocking stuffers for kiddo's class, gift for his gift exchange, and something to pull Gigantors parents gift all together. (thinking of getting a big bowl, with kitchen towel and potholder, and chilli seasonings, and crock bowls, and little packs of crackers and little things all in there) Saturday, have to clean up this pig sty of a house, it got bad since I was sick. Take Kiddo to a party at 1, go to the grocery store to get the last things for baking, and that evening go to the Parade of Lights after it's dark. Sunday we are gonna be making goodies for holiday plates. Making a bunch of mini loaves and mini muffins (have 6 different bread types) make 4 types of fudge, then gonna chocolate dip some pretzels, vanilla wafers, cherries, and marshmallows. Any ideas what else I could chocolate dip. I would strawberries or other fruit, but those don't keep to well after being dipped.
Monday my Avon order comes in. Tuesday, Kiddo's class is doing their gingerbread houses, and asked for help. I've never made one in my life. If I'm well...I'll go help, if I'm still sick, then I'm gonna bail. Wednesday, we want to have all the plates delivered by then at the latest. Thursday Captain Daddy flies in, and I have to bake for the school party. Friday, I need to hike my ass all the way to the back of the school carrying goodies, and gifts for teachers. Then at 12 go back and hike my ass all the way back there again, and help kiddo out with his goodies, gingerbread house, gift, and semester end stuff. Friday night I'm hoping we can all go Christmas light looking. And Saturday I will be baking pies and cookies for santa, and prep work on all the stuff for dinner on Sunday. Can somebody please tell me when I'm gonna find time to wrap???? ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Maybe I can sleep wrap or something. heheheheh

Okay enough of a panic attack today. I'm gonna go eat my tangerines and take my medicine. Have a good Thursday everyone.

101.9

That's been my main temp the past couple days. I am so sick. I'm so sick I am beyond sick. I got a cough on Saturday. On Sunday night it felt like someone was sitting on my chest and squeezing my throat. I could not breath. It scared me so bad, that twice during the night I almost had Gigantor take me to the E.R. I thought for sure either I was having an asthma (which I don't have) attack or pneumonia. Monday morning Gigantor stayed home, and took Kiddo to school and me to the clinic. We he seen I was running a fever it scared him. Last time I ran a fever was when I almost died from bleeding internally for 3 days and had to have emergency surgery, but I digress. They then sent me over to the hospital. I was to get blood work up, an EKG, chest x-rays, and a flu test. Have any of you had a flu test??? OMG they take this wire with a scraper, and stick it up/down your sinuses till you feel it in your throat and ears, and they scrape. They had to do it to both sides. I have a very high pain tollerancy, and it made me cry.

The good thing is that the chest x-ray showed I do NOT have pneumonia. But I DO have a major flu bug and an massive bacterial infection on top of that. They put me on a flu drug that I take twice a day. I also had to have a shot of heavy duty antibiotics yesterday, and one today. (Gigantor had to take me back in for that cuz I'm so week) And they have me on oral antibiotics that are for pneumonia patients.

If any of you know me. I do NOT take naps. And I will NOT get out of my clothes into my jammies except at night. I never have. Yesterday, and today, after my shot, I came home and got in my jammies and spent the day in bed. I finally got up today to do the avon work I HAD to do, and pay the bills. And I'm writing you all.

I've had to have someone take my kid to school each morning, and pick him up. I've been so sick with the fever, and the flu drug makes you major dizzy. So...I'm dizzy, weak, shakey, and sick to my stomach from all the drugs and dizziness.

On the bright side, I'm glad I'm sick this week and not next, because daddy flies in next week, and I have to get everything for Christmas done.

Hope you all are having a good week. Please send good health vibes our way, and pray the boys don't get this after me, cuz it is pure hell.

Busy Days

Oh my gosh it's been busy today. It's 9 at night and it's the first time I've had to sit down and not be run run run.

After dropping kiddo off this morning. I went to the chiropractor and got my foot taped and he worked on my wrist and elbow (the ones I injured over the summer). Then I went and had my nails done for Christmas. I now have snowflakes, packages, wreaths, tree's, reindeer, and santa's on my nails. Got done with that at almost 1 and picked me and Gigantor up some lunch. Came home, inhaled lunch and went through some paperwork. Took off to the bank, then to get kiddo, then home again. Wrapped the present for the avon party, did my hair, put makeup on, did up all the raffle tickets I had, cut the brownies, made the food wraps, put jewelry on, and in amongst all this I helped kiddo with homework. We took off, and deposited Kiddo at a friends for the evening, then Gigantor helped me cary stuff into the Avon meeting. Did the meeting then went and found Gigantor. He went to deliver one of my avon orders, the post office, Safeway, and then Bashas. Found him and we came home and unloaded groceries. Now he is enjoying a nice hot cup of Thera-Flu, and we both are thinking about having cold cereal for dinner. I know I know the Avon party was a pot luck. Well one person brought rolls, the main lady cold ham, and one lady brought enough of a potato dish for about 4 people. And then my wraps and brownies, that was the only food there, and no drinks. grrrrrrrrrrr I hate that crap. So...we are gonna munch on something.

OOoOOO and my sneakiness came back to bite me in the ass. All these Christmas parties we go to say a gift not over 10 dollars. Well...in a small town that leaves you limited. So...last week at the fire dept party. We got these two cheesy tin candle holders that have the thing cut out, so you can see light through it. It was a reindeer one. Although I collect reindeer, I didn't not really want these. Yet they were brand new. So...the avon party said gift for no more than 10 dollars. So...me in all my wisdom. I wrapped these two reindeer, tin cut out, candle holders. Yay me. Well...guess what I got for a gift??? A cheesy Christmas tree, tin cut out, candle holder. lmfaoooooooo That's where life comes around and bites you in the butt, and laughs the entire time. I came home and showed Gigantor and we started cracking up. Well...the district manager gave us all a gift also. Guess what it was?? A cheesy Snowman, tin cut out, candle holder. OMGGGGGGGGGG I got bit in the ass twice!!! That is so funny, I might have peed a little. (although I don't know if that's from the laughter or not)

Tomorrow is gonna be a very busy day as well, but instead of drone on and on, I will tell you about it later.

Have a good weekend everyone. And be careful re-gifting this season. hehehehehe

My Stipples are Nicking out

Holy moley and Holy cow, and Holy shit. It took a drop in temp.

We went to the football game last night, and I made Gigantor sit in the truck since he was so sick. There is this dirt area off of the parking lot that if you have a 4 wheel drive you can pull right up to the fence where the kids play and have a front row seat. I was gonna get out, but Kiddo was great and said. Noooo just sit with daddy I can see you guys. So....we sat in the suburban, while they played. They got their butts stomped. I think they scored 1 touch down. I lost count after the other team got 4 LOL The kids on the other team were huge. Dam 9 and 10 year old steroid users. LOL

I hate getting up in the morning when it's still dark. You all know I am NOT a morning person. So...waking up when it's dark inside and out, is just fricken torture. Kiddo is the same way. It's gotten so bad that I have to have Gigantor leave a light on in the kitchen when he leaves, so it's not as dark when our alarm goes off. So...we get dressed, and Kiddo is eating breakfast, and I go outside to start the burb and get it warm. The sky is all pink cuz the sun had barely gotten up. Now sunrises may be pretty, but again, I'm not a morning girl. I prefer sunsets. So...seeing the pink sky just made me cranky. So...when we are ready we go out and start to school. Enjoying our drive, talking, and being warm. Thinking it's pretty cold, but we were okay. When the stupid ass, moronic radio guy had to come on and tell us exactly how cold it was at 7:50 this morning. (it always seems colder when you know the temp) 18 mother bunny humping degrees!!! IN ARIZONA????? WHAT THE HELL??? That is just not right. *stomping foot in a huff* Let me tell ya after the radio guy said that, my stipples instantly nicked out, and my vortex bra started sucking so hard, that it's not letting nothing in. I think my stipples are gonna stay this way for a few months. hehehehehe

We had corned beef last night, it was soooooo good, hit the spot after being out in the cold hehehehehe

Man I hate periods. Not the little dots, but the monthly icky one's us women get. I got cramps, and headache, and cramps, and bloating, and cramps, and crankiness, and cramps, and fatigue, and cramps, and feeling icky and depressed, and did I mention cramps. Now if I wanted to be really gross I could go into detail, but I decided to be nice this holiday season. (yeah right) hehehehehe

Okay go do something colorful today people!!!!

Crock pots, or is it Crack Pots

Well the kiddo is feeling better, but Gigantor is not. He's been working though.

I get woken up this morning to some massive crashing then cussing, then Gigantor coming in all pissed off. I was gonna make a corned beef tonight for dinner, so I needed the crock pot down. (I have one of those oval one's that has the ceramic insert) When Gigantor grabbed it, the handle broke off and it came crashing down ending up in a lot of little ceramic pieces. Gigantor ran to walmart and got another one. I don't like the color, but it was the only one they had. I had nice flowers and vines, and this one is chrome. LOL I also don't like how you can't set it on high for more than 6 hours at a time. You can set it on low for up to 10, but sometimes a person just needs high all fricken day. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I've tanked the warm side dish idea. I'm gonna make a big pan of brownies for desert, and some wraps for the side dish. Miranda reminded me that I have a wrap recipe. She gave me hers which was different, and I do want to try it. But I had most the ingredients for the one I make, so gonna do that.

Take flower tortilla, spread cream cheese on it. Put some diced black olives and some sliced green onions on it, then a layer of thin sliced roast beef (I use lunch meat) then roll up and slice in about 1 1/2 inch pieces. It's pretty and it taste good. I'm gonna have to be careful with the onions though. I tend to go overboard, cuz I like them. You can also add diced green chilies but I didn't have any. hehehehehe

We moved the gerbil cage to over here by the computer desk (so I could decorate for Christmas) and there was serious gerbil humping going on yesterday. They are starting to get good at it. And I think I have a hole burned right through my retna's from seeing all that porno. Don't you go blind watching to much. I need to make them a little privacy curtain on the side of the cage or something.

Although we laughed so dang hard the other day. We were watching them run around and I SNEEZED not a little ahchoo, but one of them that like vibrates the walls. When I sneezed it scared the crap out of the gerbils. One ran into the house, one fell off the hill of bedding they stacked up, and the third one jumped straight up in the air, almost to the top of the cage, and did a back flip. We laughed so hard, I think I pulled something. hehehehe

Okay football game tonight, wish us luck. Only two left. (thank god, it's freezing out)

Happy Hump Day all!!!

The House of Vomit and Congestion

That would be my house. Kiddo was up Sunday night with real bad vomiting. He was okay Monday morning. I'm thinking it was something with his dinner that didn't set well. He munched on tortilla chips then had scrambled eggs with cheese, covered in syrup. So....that's probably what did it.

Gigantor was feeling icky all day Sunday, so he didn't do shit he said he would do. Sunday night he was up all night not breathing and coughing, and the shit head kept me up. He stayed home yesterday and went to the doctor. Got 97 bucks worth of medicine. Decongestants, nasal spray and antibiotics.

Needless to say I got virtually no sleep on Sunday night. Boy and men are such babies when they are sick. I swear to God you guys. BUCK UP Good grief.

Can I just say brrrrrrrrrr fucking brrrrrrrrrrrrr Dam it's cold. And we have no clouds and sometimes that seems more bitter cold. It's been in the low low teens at night and only getting in the 20's during the day. I know alot of you have it colder where you are, but try living in 118 degree weather most the year, then go to low teens. My finger tips have fallen off from being so cold.

I got invited to a ladies (church) christmas party tonight, they are having homemade soup and bread. I don't think I'm gonna go. I know most the ladies that will be there, and they are all taking someone with them. (invite a friend kind of party) and the two people I invited couldn't go. And I sooo sooo sooo don't want to go in there alone, end up sitting alone, and be all alone dammit. That's not my idea of fun. So...yes for the first time in a long time I'm gonna be a scrooge and stay home with sniffling whining boys.

I have an avon pot luck christmas party on Friday. I still have no idea what to make for my side dish. I'm taking brownies for a desert. But no clue on the side dish. I don't want to have to go buy a bunch of ingredients, and I got shit on hand. hehehehe I would like to do something in the crock pot and keep it warm. But I have no recipe's for side dishes in the crock pot. Any ideas???? hmmmmmm anything????

Okay I'm gonna go try to be snarky and comment on all your blogs.

Happy Tuesday everyone!!!

Randomness

1 boy that spent the night last night.
2 boys that fell asleep right away.
3 o'clock when I went to sleep.
4 people going to the Christmas parade this morning.
5 errands ran after parade.
6 half hours Gigantor stalled instead of cleaning up the yard.
7 o'clock when we had dinner.
8 times I was ignored before yelling at people.
9 the time kiddo is supposed to go to bed.
10 the time Gigantor left on an ambulance call.
10:10 the time I struggled kiddo into bed.
11 the time I almost killed him for continually getting up every 2 minutes
12 the time it is now and he's still not asleep
28 times he's been up in the past two hours, telling me he can't sleep. Somebody better come save him, because I'm gonna knock his block off if he doesn't stop it and go to sleep.

Hope you all are having a good weekend.

Christmas Party

Thank God that is over. All the political bullshit of the city fire dept crammed into one room, with the pretense of being a Christmas party. I could go on books and books about all the crap, but nah, I'm gonna leave it alone. Lets just say all those people well get theirs in the end.

I have my Avon Christmas party next Friday. It's a potluck also, and I have no idea what to make. Any suggestions??? I'm thinking a side dish and a dessert, but I'm rather clueless right now. The baked beans at the pot luck last night went over way way well. I made one of those HUGE oval crock pots full. 4 large cans of beans, 1lb of bacon and a huge onion. and we came home with less than half of them. I might make up a batch of fudge for the Avon party, but can't for the life of me think of what I want for the side dish. I wanted something warm, but I have no clue. Brain farts galore here.

Tomorrow is the Christmas parade. That should be fun. Then they have something called "Santa's Last Call" It's the last craft show of the season. I think other than that, we are gonna be cleaning the yard, and putting up some Christmas lights. I got all my out of town Christmas cards sent out. If you didn't send me your address, please e-mail me and do that. hehehehehe it's me burfica over at that yahoo place with a dot com involved. Now I just have to worry about making the in town one's out, and delivering them. hehehehe

Gigantor every morning when he gets up at 4 (gads) he lets the three dogs out. And he makes them stay out till he leaves at about 5:30 or so. They usually come back in and snuggle down and sleep till I leave and put them out. (they have to stay outside while we are gone) Well....I heard Gigantor let them back in, then the old Bassett (Buck) starts pacing like he has to potty, so I get up and find out he has pissed all over the floor. These fucking dogs are pissing me off that they aren't going potty outside. They can be out for four fricken hours, and walk inside and go on the floor. I'm gonna start super gluing all their plumbing shut. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Anywhooo I didn't think I could get any more boring than the other day, and I was wrong. heheheh I've outdone myself.

Have a great weekend everyone!!!!

Jury Duty

Well Gigantor got home from his excursion at about 3:30 yesterday. He does not have to go back, they didn't want him as a juror. hehehehee He's got the military mentality that people are guilty till proven innocent. It was an attempted murder case.

Thank you all for saying that it's the law his employer have to pay him for being gone. That's what I thought. But upon looking it up on the internet, and him getting a juror's handbook. There is NO FEDERAL MANDATE that requires an employer to pay their employee for jury duty. So instead my husband gets sent a check from the government for 40 bucks for going all the way down there. Yeah that will make ends meet. hehehehe

I think what really pissed me off, is his boss said he would pay him, then the day before jury duty, he "changed his mind" I think he looked it up online and found out that he didn't have to.

Gigantor did end up getting a ticket, but not for speeding. This town has absolutely no parking capabilities. And he got a 17 dollar parking ticket. The court said they would take care of parking tickets, as alot of people were going to be getting them. What the hell??? Why not just build a multi level parking garage in some of those empty lots they have sitting around on those two big streets. grrrrrrrrrrrrr So...anyway, that 17 dollar ticket may come back and bite us in the ass later, if the court didn't get it taken care of.

We have a double header of football tonight. He's got two games back to back. I'll be packing the blanket and hot cocoa, let me tell ya. It's been down in it's 20's at night here. Tomorrow we have the Fire Dept Christmas party. It's a pot luck. I usually go out of my way and make something nice, and this year, I'm not playing. hehehehee I'm making a big pot of baked beans of all things. Crock pot that is. And no I'm not using much effort. 3 cans bushes baked beans, one package of bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces and cooked, one onion diced and a little brown sugar, let it sit in the crock pot all day. WaaaaLaaaa instant baked beans. hehehehehe

Well I'm gonna go back to my Avon-Slimwell shake. Their vanilla shakes are so gross when you mix them up, the smell is so bad, and the taste. *gag* that it's hard to drink them, so I made up the vanilla shake and threw 4 fresh strawberries in the blender, now it's not so bad.

I know I'm as boring as a rock today. Sorry about that.

Happy Hump Day everyone

My Husband

....is not the sharpest tool in the shed. I swear to God I love him, but he ain't the fluffiest Q-tip in the box people.

About a month ago, he got a notice that he could be called up for Jury duty. And our closest court to have "jury duty" is 2 1/2 hours away. That's going 5 miles over the speed limit and only running into one of the two places along the way to pee. When he got that notice he could have written them and told them he is his job's only "on site emt" and he works for the fire dept. He would have been excused. But nOOoOOoOo the dork ass, just sat on the dam letter, until they summoned him. Then....oh God then.... when he gets the summons, I tell him to call up and tell them all that anyway, and see what they say. Well he calls them, but fuck!!!! He doesn't even mention the fire dept or being an emt, and they start yelling at him that he has to show up. I swear to god, what little brain he had wasn't even turned on for the past few months!!!!

So anyhow, then he talks to his boss, who says he would pay him for today, then yesterday said he changed his mind and isn't going to pay him. WTF????????? I need to check and see if it's the law that his employer pay him. I hate his employer, he's so unamerican and un christian, and a total major MOTHER FUCKER!!!!!!!

So this morning, Jury Duty day. We figure Gigantor needs to leave about 6. It says he should be there by 9:30, but to come early, cuz there isn't enough parking so you will have to park a ways away and walk. So...if he leaves by 6 then he would hit the outskirts of Flag by 8:30 (save there is not construction along the way) then he can drive all the way through the town to where the court house is by 9 and get inside in time. So...my smart as dung husband, gets up at 5, then piss farts around till 6:30. So...I yell at him for going to be late, and that he will get fined for contempt of court. And he goes. I'll make it still, barely but I'll make it. grrrrrrrrrrrrr Around 7:10 he walks back in the fucking house!!!! He forgot all the paperwork they said he had to take with him!!!! OMG you dumb as fuck tard!!!! (that's what I wanted to scream) People I am sure there is NO WAY he will make it in time. So....we are either facing a contempt of court charge, or he is gonna speed and get a ticket, or both, and then I'm gonna be one raging demon BITCH!!!!!!!

Okay I'm so riled up, I may just go load the gun and visit his fuckity fuck fuck fuck of a boss.

Later Gators!!!

It's all Over Dammit!!!!!!!!!!!

How can my long Thanksgiving weekend be all over all ready???? whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I want 5 more days off, then another 5 and so on and so forth.

I told you all what happened on Wed. Well Thurs. We cooked our tooshies off. We had a turkey, stuffing, candied yams, fresh rolls, poofoo salad, carrot raisin salad, deviled eggs, cranberry sauce, two kinds of gravy, and a veggie tray with dips, and of course "kids wine" as kiddo calls it (sparkling apple cider).

We had the taekwondo master and his wife over for dinner, and they brought a fruit salad big enough to feed a small nation. Couple interesting things. His wife had never in her life tried deviled eggs. And she was so in love she must have eaten like 12. (I boil 2 dozen eggs, so that makes 4 dozen deviled eggs, and I had maybe 10 left over after dinner) She also adores candied yams, and had never had them before like that. She ate 2/3 of a pan that was 9 by 12 (big pan)

So....we all ate leftovers till tonight. We have polished off all the leftovers except the carrot raisin salad which I usually finish in a couple extra days. hehehehe

Friday, we worked on cleaning out the middle bedroom (the one my dad will stay in over Christmas) and we got a few Christmas decorations up.

Saturday, we got up and went to Walmart. I got all of kiddo's and my daddy's Christmas done. All I have to finish is a couple things for Gigantor, but me and kiddo will go back next week and do that. We came home and put up a few more decorations. Gigantor took kiddo out coyote hunting, and I caught a nap on the couch. heheheheh When they came home, my Avon order had come in, so I unloaded that, and we watched some t.v. during dinner.

Today, I got up and wrote up my Avon, while Gigantor put up the tree and put lights and garland on it. We had lunch, and I sacked up all my Avon, and got some stuff ready to mail (keep an eye out mom that's nuts for your books) Then we all finished putting the decorations on the tree. Now I just have to do a little fine tuning on the decorations around the house and we are decorated for Christmas. hehehehee

But let me tell ya, I want more days off. I am not looking forward to getting up early again. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!!!!

Turkey Day Eve

Wow I was finally able to get online after a day of hard labor. hehehehe

I was busy all day, and reflecting on how thankful I should be.
So....as I got woken up before 8 by the phone, I remembered to be thankful. As I put on my sock and it had a whole in the toe bigger than the one I put my foot through to put it on. I remembered to be thankful. As I almost broke my computer (don't ask) I was thankful. As I mixed and baked 5, count them 5 pumpkin pies. I was thankful. As I pulled out the cookie sheet with the first two pies on it, and went to move the pies from the cookie sheet to the trivets, and I burned the skin off my pinkie, cuz I can't fucking find the potholder. I WAS STILL THANKFUL Cuz there are people in the world that don't have pinkies to burn dammit!! (note to everyone. cookie sheet that's been in a 425 degree oven for a good long time, is HOT DAMMIT, DAM HOT!!!!)
As kiddo put medicine and an INCREDIBLES bandaid on my burn, and kissed it better, I was very very thankful. As I cut the tip of my finger nail off in the celery I was chopping and spent 15 minutes looking for it, so it wouldn't be in the stuffing. I was still thankful. When I read the back of the box wrong and cut up flippin 4 cups of celery and 4 cups of onions (crying the whole time) when it was only supposed to be 2 cups of each, I was still fricken thankful!!! When I finished the 5 pumpkin pies, and tried my hand at a pecan pie (that was a special request) And I pray I don't poison anyone with the attempt. I was still thankful. When I pulled out the head of cauliflower to cut up for the relish tray and realized it was moldy, I was thankful, that I had other stuff to use instead. When I cleaned out the fridge to fit everything in, and stuck my hand in a bag of OMG WHAT WAS THAT, BRAINS OR WHAT??? I was thankful, (for soap and hot water that is)

Then Gigantor came home and we had to run up to my appointment to get my foot taped, and to safeway (the war zone on holiday eve's) cuz I forgot cherry tomatoes. As Kiddo and I are sitting in the suburban waiting for Gigantor to come out of Safeway (it took 35 minutes for him to get two packs of tomatoes and wait in the fricken line from hell) Kiddo finally decides, after a half hour of me pushing him, to blow his nose (he hates to blow his nose, he says it's gross, but he would rather snuffle that shit back in his throat and swallow!!! ahhhhhhhh) Any how he blows his nose, and announces "OMG that feels so much better" Me, being the nice smart ass of a mom that I am, go "amazing huh??? you can hear the choir of angels singing in revelation" Then kiddo talks about, how he can now breath, and his headache has gone away. (DUH) He then proceeds in his best announcer on a commercial voice.
"Blowing your nose, the new cure for headaches, and stuffiness, and sinus pain!! Side effects may include......(long pause here for dramatic effect) getting boogers all over yourself, getting boogers in your mouth, and making your friends vomit from seeing your snotty kleenex."

Holy shit, I was laughing so hard, I think I popped a vein in my head or something. He sounded just like those guys on the drug commercials. Announcing it's abilities, then going really fast telling you it's side effects. Do you all think this is a sign of to much television??? Oh well... fuck it, it was worth it. hehehehe

On a side note. I do want to say. The highlight of my last two days, was that my very bestest friend came into town to see her dad for his birthday and I got to spend a little over a day with her. I haven't seen her since we stayed at her house when mom was in the hospital. Now that, and my Gigantor and my Kiddo is something I am soooooooo very thankful for. Roo, I love you more than you'll ever know. You are more than a friend, sexy girlfriend, you are MY ANGEL AND MY FAMILY!!!!!!!!

I am so thankful for all my blogger friends, and all my real life friends, and of course all my family. I am so very thankful for my father in heaven giving me this opportunity to be such a smart ass, and enjoy another year of being thankful.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!! MAY YOU ALL KNOW HOW VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND LOVED YOU ARE TOMORROW!!!!!

Is It Friday Yet

What the hell just happened???? I mean last thing I remember is It was Friday and I was doing some Avon stuff. Then all of a sudden CHAOS, SCREAMING, HAIR ON FIRE, RUNNING AROUND, YELLING, PANTING, BOUNCING OFF OF WALLS...and the next thing I remember it was Monday morning and I was forcing medicine down kiddo's throat so he could go to school. To say my weekend was busy is a gross understatement. Let me share some of it.

Friday I was working on Avon stuff, so much so that I forgot to eat. I had a banana for breakfast. By the time my stomach was not gonna let me go any longer, I realized I had to go get kiddo. So...I went and picked up our friend D, and we went and got some food at a local fast food joint called RD's (best food you've ever eaten) We go pick up kiddo and eat, I even got kiddo a couple small kids cheeseburgers. We then go to the post office cuz I had to pick up some packages. Come home and work on kiddo's homework. He had a 12 page anger management thing to do with me. I only thought he was short tempered but not that bad, till I seen some of his thinking on these worksheets. I feel like such a bad mom that my son has a real problem with anger, and how to manage it. (insert insane mom wailing here) Gigantor comes home, and we take D back home. Then we hit Safeway and Bashas, and walk our asses all through both stores doing our thanksgiving shopping. But I was also wanting to get done, so we did it all in just over an hour. pant pant pant.

Saturday we got up early to start attacking my pig sty. Every weekend we have had some big function in town or been up working at mom's place, and neglecting our place. Well...we are having company for Thanksgiving, so it was time to attack our sty. Not only were we cleaning, but I was trying to box up some stuff on shelves temporarily, so I can decorate for Christmas. We like to decorate the three days after Thanksgiving. So...I wanted to be prepared. We cleaned and packed and packed and cleaned without stopping till about noon. Then we drove up to the airport to get my daddy's ticket for Christmas. I walked my happy ass all the way in that airport to find out that they close between 11 and 5 grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Drive over to a ladies house to pick up some books, that she wanted me too, to only find out she isn't home either. Drive to true value to realize I forgot the check book. double grrrrrrrrrrrrr come home and start working our asses off again. clean clean, scrub scrub, pack pack, pant pant. D shows up and sits and stares at us cleaning. HA 4:30 head back up town. Walk my happy ass back into the airport, and get daddy's ticket. Drive by ladies and pick up books. Go to true value, find the surge protector power strips I want, attempt to leave, have Gigantor decide he needs some PVC and joints to fix our laundry hamper. Go sit in suburban with D and Kiddo, wait for 40 minutes while Gigantor plays in the PVC. Go to post office. Come home, clean oven and stove top. Gigantor works on dinner. Then we all sat down to watch a couple movies. Kung Fu Hustle. let me tell you, I liked it much better on DVD than in the theater. In the theater it had subtitles and I spent the entire movie reading them to kiddo. On DVD you could pick it to be in english (insert angelic singing here) We enjoyed it much better, and it's funny as hell. Then we watch House of Wax. Amazingly enough this was a very very good movie. Only bad part in it was Paris-Crack Whore-Hilton. Thank god she got killed really gross like. hehehehe Other than that though it was a pleasant surprise of a movie. After D went home, we continued to work on part of the house.

Sunday we got up before 8. Isn't that a mortal sin to get up before 8 on a weekend??? ahhhhhhhhhhhhh We started in on a few things we had to do, then we got a call from the airport. They forgot to charge us for part of daddy's ticket. I would have liked to say "TOUGH SHIT" But then I'm sure they wouldn't have let daddy fly. So..we took off up there to go pay that. Then we went and picked up Big J and went and got gas in the suburban, then went uptown to the theater. HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been waiting since the last movie for this one. Awesome, just awesome.

Movie got out at 3 and we ran to Safeway to get all the shit we forgot on Friday night. Came home and worked on dishes, put eggs and yams to boil on (made a sweet potato salad) got the baby back ribs on the grill. Then I made tons of phone calls for all the last minute Avon orders. Big J's mom came and got him. I finished the salad, snapped some asparagus and put it on to steam. Then dinner was done, and I realized we still haven't done the floors or cleaned the guest bathroom. grrrrrrrrrrrrr Sat down to eat dinner and watched the remake of the Poseidon Adventure. I can honestly say, it was good, not great, but I liked the first one way way better. Sat and stamped all the new Avon books I have to give out today. Got into bed about 11. Decided to let Gigantor sleep. Decided Nahhhhh at about 11:50 and woke him up and jumped his lazy bones. hehehehe

Now we are to this morning, where Kiddo woke up sick as a dog, and I pushed meds down him and took him to school anyway. They only have to go today and tomorrow. sheesh. Although I think I will make him stay home and not go to football practice tonight.

I am outa here, I need to go collect another order (I have to sit and visit with this old lady to get her to order, but she orders big so I do it) And deliver books, and try to get into that bathroom to scrub it.

Happy Monday everyone!!!!!!!

(insert insane coocoo laugh here)

Witches Tit

OMG we went to that 7 o'clock game on Tuesday, and it was colder than a witches tit outside. ahhhhhhhhhhh They keep the sprinklers going during the day on the grass. So you get down there, and the grass is wet, and the ground is spongy and it's just fricken cold. We get down there, in sweaters, coats, scarf's (I need a hat) gloves and had a blanket, and a mug of hot cocoa, and I still shivered through most of it. On the bright side. We WON!!!!!!!!!!! yayyyyyyyyy our first game ever we lost 40 to 6 uggghhhh 2nd game was 40 to 20 we lost. This game was 21 to 26 we won!!!!!!!!! yayyyyyyyy The boys are really getting better. Anyhow we are sitting there thinking it's cold, but the boys are braving it so maybe we are wimps, and a mom comes along and goes. "the radio said it's 37 degrees out" You know it just seemed so much colder once she told us the temp. I hate it when people do that. heheheh

Yesterday just sorta came and went in a fluff of feathers. Nothing much to report, other than I found a peanut in my bra. hehehehe

What is going on with the moon or planets. Cuz my fricken animals are just pissing me the hell off. After you go to bed, they whine or meow to be let out, you let them out then they scratch to be let in, then they pace pace pace all around the fricken house. Or if they are your fat ass, multi toed, retarded cat, they walk all over your chest, and when you throw him across the room he comes back and does it some more, and swipes at your face for good measure. I swear to god, I'm gonna shoot them all in the head.

And speaking of weird animal behavior. WHY THE FUCK DOES BUCK (old bassett) have to do the humping air thing whenever he goes outside?? The minute he walks out on the porch (which is usually when I open the door cuz someone is here) he starts doing the hump hump humpity hump thing. It's fricken embarrassing I tell you. All these people looking at my pervie dog.

I was driving kiddo to school this morning, thinking it was pretty dam chilly, and thinking I was just a wimp that early in the morning. When the radio announced it was 34 degree's out. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh I was cold cold cold. hehehehehe

We got another football game tonight, but it's at 5 thank god. Football pictures are gonna be taken too. Wish us luck!!!

Happy Thursday everyone!!!!

God I'm Boring

Gads I am so boring today. Not a dam thing is really going on with me. Wanna know what's going on. I'm watching an infomercial, and eating my breakfast of a banana, and fat free ritz crackers with sugar free peanut butter and sugar free jelly on them. SeEeEEEeEe..... boring!!!

Yesterday from being so dang tired over the weekend. Both Kiddo and I woke up not feeling to well. He is feeling much better today, thank goodness. Me on the other hand...I had a wacked dream all night. I dreamt that someone was beating me up. All fricken night, and I was fighting them all night. I woke up so dam tired and exhausted. I'm sure there is some hidden meaning in that dream somewhere. But frankly I'm not sure if I give a dam. hehehehehe I just want some sleep people.

We have a football game at 7 tonight. What the hell???? 7 fricken o'clock for a bunch of little kids???? Insane I tell you. Plus it's cooled down to the 40's by then. Good grief. Thank god It's the only one at 7 this whole season. I guess the coach is gonna have pizza delivered for the kids after the game. And...the ass volunteered us to bring soda's. *sigh*

Seems as if my gerbils pervieness has passed. Until next month that is.

OOooOOoO did anybody see CSI Miami last night. OMG WOLF GOT SHOT WITH A NAIL GUN IN THE EYE!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH MY EYE IS STILL WATERING AND TWITCHING!!!!!!! *shudder*

Okay see, told you I was boring. Gonna go finish my crackers.

Thank Goodness

Thank Goodness it's the week so I can start recuperating from my weekend. hehehehehehe

Friday Kiddo didn't have any school. And I was basking in the fact that I could sleep in on Friday. But NoOoOoOoOo his little friend called early in the morning, telling Kiddo he was riding his bike over so he could play. They just informed me later. So....I had to jump up and hurry and get dressed. After Gigantor got off work we were gonna go deliver some avon books and run a couple errands before I had to go to a sales meeting. But when we stepped outside we realized that kiddo's friend had left the gate open, and my two old dogs were GONE. We spent 40 minutes driving around before we found the shit heads. Then it was time to boogy to my meeting.

Saturday we woke up early, and went and dug a pomegranate tree out of an abandoned lot (we asked the right people permission) Then we planted it in our yard. Then we went up to a craft fair called Christmas In November that is done every year. Got a couple little things. We then went over to mom's and worked on her yard, we have to get that looking better before people start complaining. But when we moved an outside table that was trashed, and found about a million cockroaches, and had to go on a poisoning spree. We got a little creeped out, and decided to go. hehehehe Took Kiddo to a birthday party, and delivered avon, and took Gigantors coveralls over to be sewn up. Then came home and ordered out for food. hehehehe chinese. There was no way I could cook after a day like that. Then we watched a movie.

Yesterday was almost as equally busy. I just wanna sleep all week if I could. heheheheh

We watched a movie with Kiddo---Dragons Metal Ages. It's a sequel to the Dragons Fire and Ice we watched last week. It was really really good. I hope they make another one.

We also watched Batman Begins. That was actually a very good movie. Goes all the way into where the first one with Michael Keaton would begin. I was impressed.

We can hardly wait till Saturday. Gonna go watch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. whoooohooooo

Okay I'm gonna go eat some breakfast.
Happy Monday everyone.

Overactive Sex Drive

And Nooooooo I'm not talking about me. Had you hoping huh?? hehehehe

Here's a questions. Do gerbils have a cycle. Like a once a month cycle like most other female animals do?? I would think so, and that could explain some urges, but if not, then hell, they are just wacked.

As some of you may remember we got 3 gerbils back in August (pet shop said they were three females) But when we got home and they started acting weird. I was convinced there was a little boy gerbil in their midst. One of my three was a little horny boy. So...I looked up a gerbils gestational cycle and it said 21 days. So I waited... and I waited...and I prayed...and no babies (thank god) But they still seemed to be getting it on. So...I thought to myself "maybe they were to young last month" So...again, I waited..and waited... still no babies. So in the past three months watching these little creatures I have come to a conclusion. I OWN THE THREE MOST PERVERTED RODENTS IN THE WORLD. I'm telling you people, I got the perviest gerbils.

About once a month, for 4 or 5 days out of the month, it's like a girl on girl orgie in their cage. You will look up and one is chasing another, jumping on it's back and dry humping the hell out of it. One will be asleep, and another will come up and dry hump it's side, back, face, anything!!! Then they commit gang rape. Two will attack one, hold it down and both hump from both sides. Till the little victim is so fed up it bites one in the little gerbil hoohaa. Then a gerbil brawl ensues, then they are back to dry humping each other.

I swear about 4 or 5 days a month, my gerbil cage is completely XXX rated. You would think that for sure I would have a male in there. But it's not just one doing the humping. All three of them are going around banging each other.

I feel so dirty after an evening of watching this. I need to go shower now. *shudder*

Wish us luck, another football game tonight. Kiddo says he's ready to kill the quarterback!!!!

Happy Thursday everyone.

We all have tomorrow off for veterans day. If any of you gotta work then I say to you . Neiner neiner neiner. hehehehehehe

I Will Squish You Like A Bug

Take note you dumb ass highly retarded drivers in my town. LEARN HOW TO FUCKING DRIVE OR I WILL SQUISH YOU LIKE A BUG, MY SUBURBAN WILL RUN OVER YOUR DUMB ASS, AND GOD WILL THANK ME FOR RIDDING THE WORLD OF SUCH A MASSIVE FUCKTARD DRIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I feel better now.

Along the squish like a bug lines. Kiddo had his first football game last night. He's never played football before, and they only had about 5 practices before his first game. (flag football league folks) Now Kiddo is built for football people. Picture a 9 year old boy, shaved head, almost 5 feet tall, and weighs 137 pounds. He is definatly his fathers son. Big BIG and HUGE!!!! Him and I are wearing the same size shoes almost. Any how back to football. All the kids are in and scrambling around. Nobody on our team has played football before. 9 out of the 10 kids on the other team have played for 3 years or more. (seems real fair huh??) Well our quarterback kept getting sacked (his flag pulled off) And when the other team snapped the ball, our kids just stood there (kiddo wasn't in to play yet) and then they tried to get the flag of the person the quarterback threw the ball too. But the QB had plenty of time to size up everyone and make a good throw.

Now enters Kiddo. He's standing there with a look like he would rather be somewhere else. The ball is snapped, kiddo charges straight for the QB and upsets the quarterback so bad he throws the ball to his DAD to his dad people!!!! I mean I would probably be intimidated if I seen that big hulk of a kid running at me too. I start cheering kiddo on, and go, "that's right son, you go get his flag every time!!!" Nobody told him to go after the QB, the coach just told him to go after the "guy with the ball" So....the other team had like 5 touchdowns and we had nothing. And then my baby Gigantor started charging their QB. Their QB then threw two interceptions, 3 incompletes, and threw the ball away a number of times. Kiddo STOPPED the other teams ball from going very far the rest of the game. Gave us a chance to run a couple touchdowns. For a child that has probably zero, not a little zero, but a big fat ZERO, athletic ability. I think we may have found his nitch.

We have another game tomorrow night, lets see what happens.

Oh and on a side note, he intimidated the other QB so much that they sent in a really big guy to be quarter back. hehehehe To bad it isn't tackle football. I'm sure kiddo would have most sacks of the season. lmaooooo

Happy Humpity Hump Day Everyone!!!!!!

Busy weekend

I love the way this picture came out. When we were on the mountain picking pinons. We found this lone aspen tree all yellow in among the pines. And the sun was shining right on it. Sooooo pretty. Posted by Picasa

Man we had a busy weekend. Saturday we got woken up to the sound of hot air balloons. We went outside and they were going right over our house. Gigantor and Kiddo got up on the roof to see them better. They seen one shaped as rocky the squirrel. Then they noticed that the balloons were landing at the sports complex, which is just down the way and across a street from us. So...Gigantor and kiddo jumped on the 4 wheeler and went over there, and helped the people pack their balloons away. Had a good time, and got some pictures.

We then went to the airport, and got info on the stuff I need for daddy coming up to visit. Then we went and picked up big J (remember him, he is pantyhose lad) And drove down to the horse corrals and looked at all the horses. Came across some friends, and let the boys pet their horse and goat. We then went to see Chicken Little. OMG what a good movie. This movie was great. I didn't know if they could make it that good, but it was.

When we came out of the movie, the police were starting to block off main street. It was almost time for the ball race. People purchase balls, that have a number on them, then they put all the balls in a cement truck and emptied it at the top of main street and let them roll down. The winning ball got the owner 2000 bucks. The rest of the money went to local charities for the holiday season. (don't you just love small town activities)

After the ball race we walked around the street fair they had set up. Seen lots of cool things, but I was good and didn't buy anything. We head over to the coke truck and got drinks and the boys got some cookies. Then we made a bee line for a little place called "Big Johns Texas BBQ" he comes to all the festivals and fairs. He smokes brisket. I don't know what he does, but it is sooooo tender and juicy. And they sell it either on the bun for $6 or in two tortillas for 6$ Then they have bbq sauce on the side you can add to it. We go sit on a bench that is right along our main street. (luckly we got a parking space right behind that) and we started eating.

It was getting dusk as we were eating, and bunch of trucks with trailers pulled up on main street and started unloading their balloons. 22 in total. Gigantor and the boys went over to help a guy who was unloading one right in front of us. Then as it got dark they blew up the balloons and it's called a balloon "glow" they stay for about 45 minutes to a half hour, just doing the flame thingie to keep the balloons inflated. We got tons of pictures, as soon as I download them I will start posting them. Then people can walk around looking at the balloons and going up talking to the people. And if you ask them, most of the people have cards (like trading cards) made up of their balloons with information about them printed on the back. The boys wandered up and down main street a couple times with friends, then Gigantor took them up and down collecting cards. I stayed so when they ran back, they could find me. But, where that bench was, I had a front row seat. Two balloons almost directly in front of me, and I could see all the way up and down the main street at the rest. I'm sure we had over 1000 people out looking around.

The balloons stopped their glow and packed up about 8. Gigantor was helping them pack up and I was over by the suburban talking to big J's parents that showed up to get him. In the mean time, kiddo forgets there is a curb from where the suburban is to get onto the sidewalk where the bench is. He walked right into the curb, and tripped and fell on his face. He made this sickening sound. I was sure he crushed his skull in on the pavement. He started screaming OOOOWWWWIIIIEEEEEEEE!!!! And I ran over and tried to get him up and untangled from the curb and from under the bench where he landed. I am trying to lift up my 135lb child. All the time pissed off that Gigantor isn't there with us, so he could be helping and checking him out. I get Kiddo sat down on the bench and check him out, and then I flip around with flame shooting out of my eyes. And start yelling at Big J's dad and D (our friend) who just stood there staring at us and not helping. I was so pissed off. What kind of fuck head doesn't help when it sounds like a child has fallen and left brain matter on the ground??? Obviously those two fuck heads!!!!!!!! I turn to Goober (big J's mom) and say "I can't believe how insensitive those two fuck heads are" (meaning D and her husband) And worst part was, she agreed with me. Gigantor comes back after off playing with some of the balloon guys, instead of hanging out with his family, and I was pissed. I wouldn't even let him look over Kiddo. I pack me and kiddo in the suburban and we went home, and I got him ice and chocolate when we got home, that helps everything. hehehehee

Kiddo got a big big bruise on his shin, and he sprained his wrist and pinkie on his left hand, and he got bad bruises on the heals of his hands. YOu know how hard you have to hit to bruise the heel of your hands, that's not easy. Anyway.....that was our long ass, but fun Saturday (except the fall) (but hey he's as graceful as Gigantor so what can I say)

Yesterday we watched movies. We watched the new Amytiville Horror. It was real good I thought, the special effects have improved tons since the first movie. The book is still the scariest though. And I'm not sure if I liked that they changed Jodi into a little girl. In the book and first movie Jodi was a demonic pig with red eyes. But it all worked in this movie.
We watched Kingdom of Heaven. It was pretty good. The fighting seemed more accurate for the time period than alot of movies. And who doesn't lust errr ummm like Orlando Bloom??? hehehehe
We also watched one for kiddo called Dragons Fire and Ice. IT's a computer animated movie actually made after the mega blocks toys of the dragons series. (which he has) It was really quite a good and cute movie. I love dragons and they did them really well. And the story line was good. We are getting the Dragons Metal Ages next. It's a sequel.

Well....I have to pee, so I'm off for now. Enjoy the aspen picture at the top.

Happy Monday everyone!!!!

Cannibal Pumpkin

This is probably my favorite pumpkin that was carved at the pumpkin festival. I think it's great. hehehehee Posted by Picasa

I just love that pumpkin.

Well I didn't get my nails done today. Goober didn't feel well, so I have an appointment for in the morning. yayyyyyyyy

I'm making Gigantor work so hard for dinner tonight. When I say work so hard, I mean drive to the pizza place to pick it up. hehehehe

My bra is hard at work again. I've been finding the most bizarre things in there lately. Why can't I find something really worth while like money or gems, or a krispy kreme donut??? NoOOOooO just bizaro stuff, among the regular stuff. Like what I eat every single day. Kiddo was throwing around this plastic bouncy ball the other day and it made a basket in my bra. Boy did he giggle. Gigantor was shooting the marshmallow shooter at Kiddo and he shot it at him by my bed. I was in the bathroom doing my hair. The marshmallow wizzed past kiddo, hit the mirror and bounced into my bra. Oui!!!

Anyhow, that's all that is of any interest today, and not that it is any interesting. hehehee I'm gonna go bang my head on the wall, and decide if I'm gonna take a short nap or not. Probably not, cuz then I'll be cranky. heheheh

Happy Thursday!!!!!!!
