Update and maybe a Meme

Just a quick update. I've been so dam busy. I'll try to write more about that next week. Been cleaning and arranging our asses off this weekend. Plus grocery shopping, and we took Kiddo and his friend Z to see the Pirates movie. It was very very good. It moved so fast that I didn't have time to even realize it was 2 hours 46 minutes. For any of you that haven't seen it yet. Make sure you stay the extra 15 minutes worth of credits. There is a final scene at the end of the credits. I would have never known if the news hadn't mentioned it on Thursday morning.

Favorite drink? Iced tea, but I don't drink it anymore (bad for ya or something) So I drink water, but I do really like the peach mango and tea wine coolers
Ever been in a Car accident? yes a few, but the worst one was when a deer hit us. Yes you heard me right, we did not hit the deer, it hit us.

New Favorite Phrase

I've had a few favorite phrases in my past. Things I say at different times.

I've called people "Sperm burping gutter sluts"
Or "Puss infected cum bubbles"
I've told people to "Put their big girl panties on and just deal"
I've said "Just get the f**k over yourself"
I've walked into chaos and exclaimed "good god it looks like a shit fight in a monkey house in here"
I've told boneheads "You can tell by the slope of your forehead that your parents was cousins"

Those are just a few, so I'm always on the lookout for new and wonderful phrases. Those that shock people, those that make them fall over laughing.

Well Gigantor stumbled upon a gem of a phrase I just had to share.

He was out at work with 4 other guys trying to get a giant hydrolic ram out of one of the trash trucks. They worked from 1 in the afternoon till 6 that evening. They had so many smashed hands and fingers that they couldn't tell what was hydrolic fluid and what was blood. They sludged around in and slipped and fell in 3 to 4 inches of hydrolic fluid in the back of the truck trying to get this thing out. Lots of injuries, lots of cussing, and lots of irritation. When they stepped out of the back of the truck, the main mechanic was wiping his hands and he exclaimed "WELL THAT WAS ABOUT AS FUN AS GETTING RAPED BY A PORCUPINE"

Now after much laughing, and a few snorty sounds (laughing without enough air input) I could only utter. Ouch.

WTF???

I don't have much time for a post, cuz I'm off and running, and I want to catch up reading on some blogs. But can I just say WTF is up with the weather????

Now we have been in the 90's up to 99 for over two weeks now. I have had the cooler on high 24/7 and the ceiling fans on. Yesterday woke up and it was raining, and only got up to about 74. That's okay cuz it warmed up last night and had to turn the cooler back on. This morning woke up to it raining and it's only 48 flippin degree's. Now remember I live in Arizona. Which is 90's and 100's by May. Not no flippin 48 degree's. I had to come in and turn the heater on for today, because we can't stop shivering. ahhhhhhhhhhhh

On a side note, I did take Captain Daddy to the cardiologist. I seem to like the guy. I also argued with the pharmacy about some medicine he picked up, to only find out that Captain Daddy was wrong, and now I wonder if he's even taking the right pills every day or not. (long story). Got my hair cut yesterday, it looks pretty good---short and spikey. hehehehe

Kidnapped

I think I was kidnapped by the busier than crap gods. Man, I was running non stop since Wed night last week. And unfortunately I'm not done yet. I have a very busy week this week.

I have to take Captain Daddy to a cardiologist today. He is capable of going by himself, but new doctor visits he likes me there, since he's so hard of hearing. Plus to understand what is said. Captain Daddy has this bad habit of only hearing what he wants to, not what is actually said. So...after taking him, I have to go find Kiddo (a friend is picking him up from school so I can take daddy) Then we have to take Captain Daddy to get his pants hemmed. Which he's throwing a temper tantrum about. He doesn't want to have to go and get them pinned up, he wants to just tell her the length and be done with it. grrrrrrrrrrr

Tomorrow I have a hair appointment, and Wednesday is a nail appointment. I think I might, that's a big might, be free on Thursday. hehehehe

And to top things off, I just spilled oatmeal all down the front of myself. It was hot, sticky, and it stained my shirt dammit!!!!!!!! LOL

Okay I'm off to change and try to have some coffee. Captain Daddy should be over any minute. Which annoys me, his appointment isn't till 2:45, but in his head he will need to be over here and ready by 9 this morning.

This is the man that starts getting ready for work at 5 in the evening, and he doesn't work till Midnight.

They're out to get me

Do you ever feel that someone is out to get you?? I mean someone close to you?? I'm beginning to have that feeling about my animals. Why do they have to do shit, that just annoys me, and do it only to me??? Nobody else, just me. grrrrrrrr

When I redid my yard, I have all these ceramic yard animals, and I placed them up front. (over the hamster/gerbil/bird garden (where I burry the pets now people)).
I also had put some big pots of flowers up there. I did this because both my dogs dig, and I didn't want them digging there. Of course Dribbles could not see the smarts in not digging there. The little shit squirms her way through the stuff and digs this HUGE 4 foot by 3 foot wide and 3 foot deep hole. My yard animals are covered in dirt, the pots are tipped over. And that dumb ass, shit for brains dog, has taken ever little corpse out, and brought it to me!!!!!!!!!

Now Buster, he has been going insane I think. Every half hour, almost on the dot (sometimes he stretches it to an hour), for the past two weeks. He comes running out of a room, and starts barking, the kind of bark that says "someone is here" And he will not stop barking till you get up and open the door. Which if someone was here, he would run outside. But no..mr. tardohead, turns around and bolts back into another room and lays back down. So...I get up no less than 15 times a day to open the dam door to have him go PHSYCH!!!!

The Cat, Bugsy, has decided to come in and bolt his food down, then come to rub on my legs, to instead, PUKE under my feet. I swear I'm gonna kill em. He also will come in later that night, and start purring and get up by my face as if to apologize, only to put the back leg up over his head and start cleaning his you know what right in my face!!!

Even the gerbil and fish are in on making me insane. The gold fish have been floating belly up. Then I reach in with the net so I can flush them, only to have them dart away. I know they are giggling little fishy bubbles at me. grrrrrr

The gerbil has also been doing it. She's been burying herself and not moving, so I have to go dig in her cage to make sure she's alive. And she buries herself in a new spot every day.

The only one's that aren't out to make me insane is the birds, but give them time, I know they are little plotting shits.

Recovery Week

Gosh I was just as busy on Friday as I was on Thursday. I alternated doing things (prep work) for the bbq and dinking on the computer. I would get up and work on dishes and cutting things up, then go dink, then get up and peel eggs, then go dink. About 2:30 the mother in law came over and decided to vacuum the floor and furniture real well. She asked what else she could do. I told her I was gonna clean the sink and toilet in the front bathroom, and wipe down the sink and stove in the kitchen. I went and got Kiddo, then came home and my avon was in.

I had to do a pretty big Avon order. 600 bucks worth, about 10 customers, pull, inspect, sort, write up, bag, and phone calls. While the mother in law still worked. She was in my bathroom for almost three hours. I have no idea. I think she scrubbed every last inch which was nice. Then she came out, and was cleaning the sink and stove, and started tearing things apart by the microwave, which was fine, because I have been wanting to do that.

Gigantor got home, and was going to work on dinner while I was finishing avon. He then started helping his mother by the microwave, which led to pulling out the refrigerator and cleaning behind it. Which led to me yelling at everyone, because, dinner didn't get cooked till 9:30. My kid was dead tired. Then mother in law went home and the kitchen was a disaster, because all the stuff from around and on the microwave was everywhere. I stayed up till 2 in the morning, wrapping Kiddo's gifts, finishing my cutting up of stuff, and making Gigantor put my kitchen back together.

Saturday, wasn't bad at all. I had so much of the prep done, all I had to do was put some stuff in the crock pot, and turn it on, cut up a bit of fruit, finish pulling the potato salad together, and set out condiments and paper plates.

The bbq went really well, we had about 20 people. We didn't way over cook, but we definatly didn't under cook either.

We had a good mothers day also. Took stuff to the mother in laws. Then sat at home and watched some movies. Nacho Libre (not a very good movie) Happily Never After (it was so exciting I fell asleep twice) Then we watched Night at the Museum (which Kiddo got for his birthday) So....all was nice. Hope you all had a great weekend.

I Hurt All Over

Oh lord I hurt all over tonight. Now I've told some of you before that it's rather hard for me to move around from health issues. And lately somethings been going on with my knees and ankle joints, so even worse. But we did so much running around today, that I thought I was gonna die. hehehe I was eating ibuprophen like it was skittles. hehehe

Mainly it was stuff getting done for the bbq this weekend for Kiddo. I had started with just going to have grandparents and one or two of his friends and their parents. Well....between family and friends, and people having more people in town, I'm up to 15 people for sure, with a possibility of 28 people. That is alot of people to pack in my house. hehehehe

Nothing much else going on. Had a "transition" meeting at the school today. It was teachers and principal from the elementary school, and then 8 people from the middle school, that will deal directly with Kiddo's schooling and transition. It sounds like it's going to be even better. They really think he has the potential to get back on grade level and they are going to work hard with him.

Tomorrow, I have about a million little things to do for prep work for the bbq. I don't like to be rushed the day of bbq's and to kill myself, so I do all the stuff I can the day before. So...all I have to do is put things together and cook the meat.

My mother in law has decided that one of the kids (great niece or something) Is severely allergic to cats. Like shut off her breathing allergic. Let me tell you if that girl was that allergic, then she would have problems when we would hug her and be around her, but nope not a single problem. Anywhooo....my mother in law has decided that I don't know how to vacuum well enough, and that I will have to much cat hair, so she is going to come down and vacuum the tar out of my house tomorrow. At first I was almost offended, Gigantor definatly was. Asking if she thought we didn't know how to clean. Well...I actually shushed him. I said, hey if your mother wants to come down and clean my house, more power to her. hehehe I'll go about doing my shit and she can clean her little heart out. Seeeeeeeeee I'm not as dumb as I look. hehehehe

Nice dinner

We had a nice dinner last night for kiddo's b-day. Just us and captain daddy, some burrito's and cake, and watching Harry and the Hendersons. Good old classic. Kiddo had never seen it. He liked it.

Kiddo is very excited about his birthday bbq that is going to be on Saturday. So far I have 13 for sure's coming, and it could be up to 22. Man...gonna be fun but tiring.

On a side note, can we just say. I HATE CHEESE!! Not so much the taste but what it does to me. I don't get sick. But even if I eat a tiny bit of cheese, it decides I should never go to the bathroom again. I swear to god I think I popped my eye out of the socket trying to go. hehehehe

And of course, we ordered pizza in the other night and I had a couple slices.

Happy Birthday my baby boy!!!!!

My baby is 11 today. He is so growing up. whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa He is even starting middle school next year. I have two meetings over the next two weeks with the middle school for his transition into there.

I just can't believe he's 11. He's soon gonna be 13, then soon 16 and wanting to get a dam drivers license. I'm not ready, not ready at all!!!!

We are doing dinner with Captain Daddy tonight. Kiddo wants burrito's I have a couple small gifts to give him. I'm waiting till this weekend for his big stuff. We are having a big bbq for him on Saturday.

He was disappointed that I wasn't going to take a cake or cup cakes to school for him though. I tried explaining that he's getting older and you just don't do that so much anymore. So...I'm gonna make it up to him. Baking him a cake today, and he can have a giant cake on Saturday.

Again Happy Birthday my beautiful baby boy!!!! I love you with all my heart!!!!!

I have been tagged by three olives. I need to list 7 things that you don't know about me. That's gonna be hard, seeing as I tell you all most everything. hehehehe Hope I don't scare any of you away. hehehe

Okay lets see

1. I have this obsession/compulsion where I have to have clean fingers and clean nose (no not because I pick it) But when I eat, I wipe my fingers after every bite. You should see me eating ribs or chicken, drives Gigantor nuts. I also have to have a clean nose when I blow my nose. So not just blow it, but twist the kleenex, and shove it up in there swirling it around till not a trace of anything anywhere. I do both these a few times a day.

2. I had to have artificial respiration ( could have been cpr can't remember) preformed on me once, when I was 15. My sister and aunt saved my life. I came off one of my horses, hit my head from 12 foot fall, went into convulsions then stopped breathing. Scared my aunt so bad, she refused to go to the corrals ever again.

3. I watch coroner and mortuary shows. I don't mean I just watch them, but I watch them alot!! I search them out, and I watch and get mad if anyone changes the channel on me. I have this sick/weird fascination with them.

4. I'm embarrassed to admit this one. But I watch professional wrestling. I am so in lust with a bunch of the guys on there. And I crack up at the stupid ass story lines. I will even call Gigantor out, or wake him up to watch the women matches. I think he needs some eye entertainment too. hehehe

5. I can't sleep flat anymore. One time when I got a sinus infection it was worse and made me cough when I slept. So I set up 4 pillows behind me and slept in an semi upright position. I was able to breath better, and amazingly enough, my hips and lower back didn't hurt. They would hurt so bad every morning when I got up. Now I have decided to sleep that way from now on. I seem to get better sleep and my back and hips don't hurt. It's probably been 5 years since I slept on my side or laying flat.

6. I'm a picker. I've picked eye boogers out of my animals eyes for years. Sometimes multiple times a day. It goes as far as I picked them out of my sons eyes when he was little. I still try to clean his eyes and I clean Gigantors. I just can't stand the tiniest eye goober or crusty in someone's eye. I would probably pick strangers if I could. hehehehe

7. I still like to color. All the time when my son was small I would color in his coloring books, with or without him. Now I color those fuzzy posters. I love to color. I'm always trying to get the kid to do it, so I can do it and not look so weird. hehehehe I remember before he was born I had actually bought myself a bunch of those paint with water books, and I did every single one.

Inside Out

That's what happened to Gigantor and I. We turned ourselves inside out.

Sorry I haven't blogged for a while. Over the weekend, we worked hard up at the other lot, as my last post stated. Well we had grabbed some food from a little fast food mexican place called Alfonso's. We saved the leftovers and Gigantor and I ate it on Sunday.

Monday night/afternoon, I started having the worst stomach pain. Then by 11 that night I started throwing up. By 3 in the morning Gigantor started throwing up. Not just throwing up, but the real violent, rip your insides out, throwing up. Then for about the next 24 hours, we had it coming from both ends, and major stomach pain for 48 hours. We got fricken food poisoning!!! I'm sure of it!!! I'm not eating there again, let me tell ya.

Yesterday Gigantor went back to work, but my stomach was still hurting. Then last night they had a company recognition dinner for his work. For employee's and their spouses. I said I would go, even if I picked at my food, then I would get a to go box. Thankfully I was feeling alot better by then, and I could eat. As long as I ate slow I was okay.

We both are feeling somewhat better today. Thank god!!!!

Tomorrow we are going to go see Spider Man 3. Hope you all have a good Thursday!!! Stay away from Alfonso's leftovers people!!!! lol

Bug carcasses

Oh my gosh, On Saturday we worked so hard up at the other lot. I think even after two showers, I still have bug carcasses on me. We were all covered in dirt, dust, sand, cobwebs and carcasses. We did get three dumpster loads of stuff though. So...that is going good and still moving along. Got a bunch of stuff priced for a yard sale.

On Friday we all went to the movie and seen Meet the Robinsons. That was a cute movie. This Friday I think we are going to see Spiderman 3.

I was so tired on Sat. We worked from 9 in the morning till after 5 that evening. Then Mother in Law came over to the lot, and informed, not asked but informed us that we had to go to dinner. Now not dinner at her house mind you. Gigantors sister and husband and kids and their kids were in town, and her husbands parents were doing dinner. Well....my lovely mother in law, invited herself along with all of the sisters family. So...she informs me we are going, and I say no, I'm hot, sweaty, tired, and disgusting. (cuz dinner was supposed to be at 5:30).

We pack up and get home about 5:40 and then unload the suburban. We have now had no less than 2 calls from mother in law to keep harping on us to go. We get inside, I clean up, get kiddo cleaned up, then Gigantor cleans up and he seems about dead, from all the lifting he has done for the day. He calls his mother and says we aren't going, we are just to dang tired. Then over the next half hour, mother in law called three more times. Gigantor gave in and went up there, but Kiddo and I refused, we were way to tired. He called me from up there to tell me he was coming home, and in the back ground over and over his mom was going on and on about how we all should have gone up there.

I finally yelled at him over the phone that he better dam well make a choice to which woman in his life he wanted to please, his mother, or the one he sleeps with. He told me to tell his mother that and tried handing her the phone, to where I cussed him out and hung up on him. God...I hate men who can't stand up to their "mommies" When they are in their 30's.

Okay little rant, there. I'm back to normal I think. hehehehe

I'm off to do about 3 weeks worth of stuff packed into this week. hehehe

Questions from Brillig

I was over at Brillig's blog and she had some questions up. She then said she would quiz others. So...of course I took the bait. Here are the questions and the answers.

1. Your blog has been around for a long time! I think it's one of the oldest I'm familiar with. So what got you into blogging in the first place and what has kept you going for so long?

Okay well I can say cheap therapy. hehehehe Honestly I was reading a freinds blog for a while, and she told me if she could do it I could to. So...I jumped, which of course so did my sister then. I have always kept a journal and this was so much easier than taking an hour every day to hand write it. What has kept me going so long is of course the therapy side of it, a place to spill my guts. If you read any old posts, they range from depressed, funny, angry, sad. You name it. Also another big thing that has kept me going is all the wonderful people I've met on here. I love my blog friends!!!

2. Your "three things" meme said you love baby animals, but don't like people who push their religion. Lets say that two kittens show up at your door with Jehova's witness pamplets, and they very cleaverly explained their message to you through paws, purrs and meows. Tell us exactly how you respond.

Well asuming I know what they are saying. I still cuddle the crap out of them and play with them, just nodding at their tirade. After I've had my fill of cuddles. I box them back up, pamplets and all, and I go stealthily leave them on my inlaws porch. *insert evil laugh here*

3. Tell us how you met Gigantor (the hubby) Use the words "froggy" "push-ups" "registration" and "formidable".

Okay here goes. Well in all honesty Gigantor and I met at 2nd grade "registration". We weren't really friends through school, but we knew each other. We grew up with the knowledge that in another small town in Az. My mother and his aunt were good friends, and his mother and my uncle dated at one time. We got closer in high school being that we always went out riding our horses together. But the "formidable" presence of my mother scared him off. In all honesty if we had dated in high school, we probably would have gotten married right after, but we would surely be divorced by now. So...this is better. Fast forward till we are 21. Gigantor came home on leave (in the navy) (why is that village people song going through my head now?) Anywhoooo....he came home, and came to see me. OMG his arms were so luscious from all the "push up's" he had to do in the military. I'm an arm girl. hehehe We went out that night and lets just say we got jiggy with it. But in the front of my mini truck, with a stick shit, and remember he's a giant. We took turns playing "froggy" and jumping each other.
The next time he came to visit from the navy, we got engaged. The next visit (I went to Virginia) we got married by a j.p. When he finally got home, we had a big wedding here. Just celebrated our 14th anniversary.

4. What's the best part of being an avon rep? The worst?

I would say the best part is all the people I meet and all the awesome products. The worst part is I'm my own best customer, so I spend all my profits. hehehehe

5. You are required to put on a huge party for Groundhog Day. You have a three thousand dollar budget, and you must spend every last penny. Describe your big event.

Well I would buy me some tunes, I would buy the best steaks I could, and a gazzillion gallons of booze. Then I would invite every last stinking groundhog and person I could find. And we would party till the cows came home. Since there aren't many cows around here, that could take a while. hehehehe (come on people good steaks and booze, that will drain that money in nothing flat)

Antibiotics better work

Let me pre warn you, especially you men. If you get sicked out from subjects about periods, cycles, infections, basic girlie parts. Please stop reading!!! hehehehe

I went to the doctor on Monday, to discuss a bunch of things that have happened over the past year and to get refills on my meds.

One thing that has happened is my hoochie coo has decided to hate me. I have to be on hormone medication ever since I had that 30lb tumor in my body. I'm told that if I'm not on hormone medication, leveling everything out, that I will get another tumor, it it's 80% likely it will be cancerous.

So...the medication I was on, I was not having periods. Which was scaring the beejeebee's out of me. So...I demanded some new medication. One that would give me my cycle. They gave me new medication, and yes, I was having a decent cycle every month, but I was having a whole bunch of other major complications. I started having irritation and problems, then I got 3 UTI's (urinary tract infections) I had never had one of those in my life, and then three in one year. I also got 3 of those lovely itchie, burnie infections down there. Which I had never had in my life. Occasionally I would get them both together, which made things oh so comfortable....NOT.

Well...I just got another one about 3 weeks ago. I did all the over the counter medications, two rounds for both things. But nothing was helping. People it burns, and sharp pains so bad. It's excruciating to pee, it's torture to sit, when I stand up there is a sharp pain, then burning pain the entire time I'm standing. I was not comfortable anywhere. And after three bunny humping weeks. My body was saying it had enough. Now I'm all run down, and just feel ucky.

So....on Monday I went in and yelled at the doctor, told her to put me back on the other medication. I really don't care if I didn't have a cycle now or not. I'm just so done with my hoochie coo deciding to torture me. That's one part of your body that should always be kept happy. hehehehe

So....I'm on antibiotics. Nothing has improved so far, but I've only been on them two days. Let me tell ya if it doesn't improve, I'm gonna go in and ask them to take the offending area off. HA HA like they could really do that. But...that's how fed up I am.

Dork Ass Husband

My husband is a major dork ass. He got in a ton of trouble on Saturday. I had been reminding him for a week that it was our anniversary, and that I was planning nothing, cuz I've always planned something and I'm sick of it.

Now my husband worked a 2nd job all week so he had money. So...morning of our anniversary I give him a gift, and he goes. "oh, I didn't get you anything" Okay even if he didn't, he didn't need to announce it, and he could have gone to the store. But instead he is a major ass. So...my mother in law calls and asks if we are going out to dinner and she will watch the kid. I said. I dunno, your son should have arranged all that. And he tells her and me. Well...I didn't make any plans, I don't know if we are doing anything or not.

Lets just say, him completely blowing it off, really hurt me, and it made me pissed beyond reason.

My aunt and uncle called, and wanted to take us out to Paria Outpost for dinner, cuz we had never been. They didn't realize it was our anniversary. I said, sure we three would go, that would be great. So...then Gigantor was strutting around like he was important, cuz we were going out to dinner. He tried to call his mom and have her watch the Kiddo. I told him, no, you can stay at your moms, me and kiddo are going to dinner. Gigantor is like, "but it's our anniversary" So...I blew a gasket and told him he should have thought of that before.

I wouldn't even let him sit next to me at dinner. He did try to make up for it. He took his own money and went down to the store, and he got me a couple movies, and pair of earrings that are real gold and my real birthstone. Then he bought steaks yesterday and grilled them. But you know what, he's still in trouble. He blew me and holidays off once before, and he didn't get recognized for the next year worth of holidays. No gifts, no good wishes nothing.

I told him it was disrespectful, when I go all out for holidays. And it teaches his son to be disrespectful to his mother and when he has a wife. After I was mean to him, he never ever did that crap again, till this anniversary. Now he has alot of making up to do.

Anywhoo guess that is enough ranting for me.
I'm off to get my nails done and I have a doctors appointment.

14 Year!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow the 21st is our 14th anniversary.

I do have to say even though the guy may irritate the shit out of me sometimes. I love him more and more each day.

I always get excited when he comes home.

He has stuck by me through alot, and I him. He is my rock, I am his emotional stability. I think we complement each other alot.

I love you with all my heart and soul Gigantor.

Blown off the Charts

Oh my goodness. I'm not sure if our town is on the same spot on the map anymore. The wind blew so hard here yesterday. We had 50mph plus winds as our normals almost all day.

Now where I live here in Arizona. It's never breezy. It's either, dead calm, or you see the witch riding by on her bike then broom. I've seen shed's blown over, the big blue trash cans down the street, and number of shingles blown about.

Yesterday this little town had such high sustained winds that it was a brown haze all day. Like we were in the middle of a house on fire, it looked all smoky, but it was the sand. I had to dodge limb after limb as I drove around, until finally I had to drive around some downed tree's. As I was driving my big old suburban down one of our famous hills (I usually coast and it speeds me up to about 50 cuz the suburban is so heavy) I took my foot off the gas and was instantly slowed down to 15 mph.

I seen two big wood fences blown over. One camper of the back of a truck blown off and down the street, and I saw a house with it's siding actually blown off.

Today woke up and all was calm. Captain Daddy called me, he couldn't get out of his little travel trailer. Now remember it's parked up next to my mom's old place. He couldn't get out, because the side of her old house blew off. There is still a bit of the wall left, with some insulation, but the side of her house blew off, and blocked his door, blocking him in. Gigantor went and fixed that thank god.

I guess nature is helping speed along us tearing her place down to move ours up there. hehehehe

All you to the east of me, I hope the wind dies down before it hits you. hehehehe

Should be Slowing Down

Hopefully this week will be slowing down. Last week was just crazy!!! So very busy.

I'm sitting here listening to a presentation that my friend asked me to listen to, on the phone. They said 35 minutes, it's been 33 so far, and the woman has diarrhea of the mouth. It's actually a pyramid scheme. It's some company called Melloluka. I have no idea. I do Avon, which you make money without having to sign up more people, this one, you have to sign people up to make any money.

In other news....what is wrong with you male gendered type of people???
I mean, one of my son's jobs is to go out and clean the yard (dog poop) he gets a bit of money (quarter) every time he cleans it. Well, every single time, I yell...don't step in the dog poop, watch for it, your cleaning it up not walking through it. And every single time--he comes to the door and takes off his shoes announcing he has dog poop on them. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr What the hell?? what is so hard to look out for. I mean, I have no grass, it's all dirt, he can see the stuff?? You male types can't seem to listen or look!!! And it's hereditary dammit!!!!

Lets see....I don't have any interesting news. Just doing the life thing. hehehehe

I'm off to eat a donut, and drink some coffee. OooOOo maybe I'm pretending to be a police officer. hehehehehe

Bunny Droppings

Well the Easter Bunny passed through my house, and I think he left his droppings all over. hehehehe

Boy oh boy am I glad that Gigantor did get that 16 lb ham. On Saturday, we cleaned up the house and ran to the store. D then came over and we found out his family was out of town, he had nowhere to go for easter. So...we informed him that he was coming down here. We then thought about the niece and her husband (the wedding we went to) if they had anywhere to go, since Gigantor's parents were coming down here. So....we called and they had had no invites, so we invited them also. 9 people for dinner. hehehehe It was very nice though.

For easter we always dye eggs, three dozen eggs to be exact. Then Gigantor gets up early and hides the eggs inside the house. We also fill some plastic eggs. We get a few tiny toys, then some candy, and Gigantor hides them outside. So...Kiddo gets two egg hunts, plus his basket.

Every year for easter, we put Dribbles outside. She would eat the real eggs we hid, but would leave the plastic one's alone. So...Buster was inside and sleeping in our room, and Dribbles was outside, and we thought sleeping. Kiddo gets up and finds his basket and eggs inside. Then he walks outside and says. "the easter bunny must have dropped his basket" I thought "WHAT THE HELL?" We walked outside, and lovely little Dribbles had opened a bunch of eggs, didn't break them mind you, but opened them and ate the chocolates out of them. Dumb dog.

Kiddo said it was okay, he would share his easter goodies. I said, to Dribbles, "god I hope you have a stomach ache" hehehehe Gigantors parents were upset I didn't take her to the vet after eating chocolate. I told them, that if I didn't take Buster to the vet after he ate 4lbs of Christmas chocolates one year, I wasn't taking her sorry ass. I'm not paying 600 bucks to have my dogs stomach pumped, plus an additional 300 in emergency fee's on off hours. They can either puke it up, or hurt. hehehe So...far all of them have been fine, if something like that happens. Only down fall we have had is them pooping little foil pieces for two weeks.

Oh on a side note. Gigantors mom made a pineapple upside down cake. That's the very first time I have ever tried one of those. Not bad, and she told me how to make it, which sounded very easy. hehehehe

Okay I'm gonna go eat, and do dishes, and mail packages. I hope you all have a great Monday!!!

Flagstaff

Our trip to Flagstaff was good. Kiddo had a good report from the dentist. No problems, but all his baby molars that are left are loose. hehehehe

We also went to an r.v. place and got Captain daddy a new toilet and a riser for his travel trailer (that he lives in). We went and had Sonic for lunch....extra long coney with onions yummmmmmm.

We went to petsmart and got the doggies new collars. Got a Camo one for Buster and a hot pink one for Dribbles.

Went to a sporting good store, for Captain daddy, got him a heavy duty water bottle for work.

Went to Bookmans (used book store) Got me three books, Gigantor got 4 or 5, and Kiddo got 6 or 7. Cost us 30 dollars for all of them.

Went to Cold Stone Creamery. Got my big splurge once a year. Chocolate ice cream with brownie, macadamia nuts, and dark cherries mixed in, in a waffle bowl.

Went to Galaxy Saddle shop, for Gigantor to get some rawhide strips, some scrap leather and a stitching needle for it all. He's been crafting walking sticks from stick/limbs we find on the ground. He is putting hand grips and or tassles and feathers on them. He's been sanding them down smooth, but still leaving knots, and grain on them, then we are putting mineral oil on them, a good 4 or 5 coats, letting it dry a few days between coats. And he is going to decorate them. I am getting the only Primrose one we have right now. We have Cedar, and Oak, and one rose wood.

Then we went and got gas, and potty break, and headed out of town. I was so darn tired, I had been driving all day. And my knees had been bugging me earlier in the week. So about half way home, I couldn't take it anymore. I had to have Gigantor drive, and I sat, though uncomfortable, in the back and dozed.

Today I just visited with Captian Daddy, and did some paperwork, and made some cookies Kiddo had wanted. Tomorrow I have to do dishes, clean the floors, clean the front bathroom, clean off the table (which also dubs as my office) go to the store, and color eggs. Tomorrow night I will make Kiddo's basket and fill the plastic eggs for outside.

We are having Gigantors parents over for Easter dinner, and Captain Daddy. Gigantor is funny, he went and bought a 16lb spiral ham. Cuz he wanted to make sure he got leftovers. Dork. I'm making ham, mashed taters, red eye gravy, rolls, deviled eggs, and pink poofoo (for you Miranda) hehehehe I guess mom in law is bringing candied yams, and a desert.

Well I'm off to shower and get my tired butt in bed.

Random

Nothing real interesting going on...Wednesday, and just a dreaded in law dinner tonight. We were supposed to sort of pot luck it at his mothers. But someone decided they wanted Mexican, and picked the most expensive place in town. I'm sure it was to weed some of us out from going. Now the least they could do since they wanted it would be to pay for it. But they want everyone to pay their own way. I said no way are we going, but Gigantor decided we were. Fucktard.

We are going to Flagstaff tomorrow. Kiddo has a dentist appointment. We are taking Captain Daddy, he is getting a new toilet for his trailer. We will go to Sonic (on of my splurges) we don't have one here. We will go to a sporting goods store, and to Bookmans (used book store). I can spend a few hours in there, also one of my splurges. Then we finish the day with Cold Stone Creamery. I get to splurge on that about once a year. hehehe

oh oh oh the new Philly Cheesecake Filling. Well...it's yucky. We don't like it. Gigantor wouldn't even eat it. And something has to be really yucky if he won't eat it.

OOoooOO and if you eat taco's, strawberries, and drink a diet root beer. The burps a few hours later will make you wanna go yak!!!

Just sayin.

April already

It's April already!!!! Gosh last week was so darn busy, I didn't know if I was coming or going. This week isn't looking much better. hehehehe.

The wedding on Saturday went okay. We were told to be there at 3 for family pictures. They didn't do them till after the wedding, so we were there an hour early for no reason. The wedding was supposed to start at 4. The bride didn't walk down the isle till 4:50. uggghhh

On a bright side, the service lasted a total of about 8 minutes. lmao
They did keep the reception moving along very fast.

Three downsides. One of the dreaded sisters was awful to her mother, tried being awful to my son (she's done that before), but she met my wrath, and refused to talk to me rest of reception which was fine with me. The mother of the bride (the other awful sister) She made corsages and flowers for all the aunts and uncles. Oh wait...that would be for every one of them but Gigantor and I. Then family pictures after the wedding they did have Gigantor in the "uncle" pictures with the bride, but I was not included in the "aunt" pictures. Oh well....just a snub at us like they always do. But....we get along good with the niece and her hubby.

Sunday we did some house and yard work, then delivered Avon, and visited his parents, gave them their anniversary gift. Then we did some shopping and came home and watched Casino Royale. Ummmm I like most James Bond movies, because they have action and explosions and you don't have to think much. This one wasn't bad, but I was bored stiff a couple times. I like this guy who plays Bond, but my god they could have kept the movie hopping. I rate this movie with 3 yawwnnns lol

UPDATE: We took him in and the vet looked at him and his gums were white!! Which means bleeding somewhere. Further examination revealed he had a HUGE tumor in his abdomen, and he was bleeding internally, his stomach was full of blood. He is definatly not suffering anymore, and in a better place.



Bucks not been eating well, thought it was the weather. Last night, refused to eat, which means no pain pills. Won't eat, won't drink, won't take pills. Can barely walk, muscles are quiting, won't respond to his name. This morning giving me the pleading eyes. We go in this afternoon to let him go. I'm sure my mom is waiting with open arms and he can run and romp now. We are all sad, even crying. He's 12, for a bassett, that's way past expectancy. Still doesn't make it any easier to let go.

Man what a busy week this week.

Monday--got my nails done, they are blue and pink with decals that make them look like easter eggs.

Tuesday--I had a good friend from out of town visit for a while. I took care of some crap for Captain Daddy. Picked Kiddo up cuz it was a half day, and we went to our parent teacher conference. Yes...yes...Kiddo is still getting all A's!!!! I'm so proud and excited for him.

Just wanted to update you all. We have a wedding this Saturday. Gigantors niece. And next week we have to go out of town one of the days, and get ready for Easter (guess inlaws are coming over) The week after we have appointments and meetings for special classes with Kiddo at school. I'm hoping the week after that it slows down around here. hehehehe.

Mayonnaise Sandwich

Yup that's what I'm having for breakfast. Not really mayonnaise though. But miracle whip, between two pieces of bread. I know I know not a very good breakfast.

I didn't do good at all reading or keeping up with blogs last week. We were dinking around for spring break all week. Nothing exciting though.

We re arranged the Kiddo's bedroom over the weekend. It's much more open and clean looking now. Now he is just driving me nuts coming out all hours of the night, saying he isn't comfortable yet. Which after the 3rd or 4th time he's up, I end up yelling, that I'm not gonna change his room back in the middle of the night to to just deal with it and go to sleep.

Kiddo got up and got dressed for school at 2:00 a.m. this morning!!!! He was sure it was time to get up. So...then we gotta make sure he gets back in bed, then it takes him forever to fall back asleep. grrrrrrrrrrrr Makes for a grumpy day.

I have a nail appointment today (as long as she can make it in time). And the Kiddo and Gigantor have taekwondo today.

Tomorrow is a half day of school, and we have parent teacher conferences tomorrow. And a friend from out of town is supposed to come visit.

Thursday is a half day also. I'm sure there will be tons more to do during the week. Looks like we are going to have very busy hectic weeks till 2 weeks after Easter.

Okay I'm off to finish my sandwich and have some coffee. Happy Monday all!!!

Nothing

OMG how much more boring can I be?? I have nothing. Spring break is happening, and nothing exciting. Took the kid to play at a friends.
Had lunch with Captain Daddy.
Still babying my back.
Another gerbil died.

Nothing, I really have nothing.

Although my dream about deadly snakes living under my house and coming out and striking at me all the time was rather disturbing. I woke up with my heart beating a million miles a minute.

But...still...nothing.

300 ROCKED!!!!

On Friday we went to the 5 o clock movie and seen 300. Oh my goodness that movie so rocked!!! Like right after we saw it I was ready to see it again!! The boys, Kiddo and Big J, liked it so much, they talked about it the rest of the night and the next day!! I am definatly going to buy that movie when it come out on DVD.

In other news I pulled something in my back. My lower back hurts really really bad. And the flippin chiropractor is gone over spring break!!! The ass!!! So...I'm living off of ibuprophen and a hot pad. Last time I let it go, I ended up not walking and having to call him to my house. I'm praying it doesn't get that bad.

We worked our tails off all weekend. Gigantor took the boys out for a hike and shooting off rockets on Saturday morning. When he got home, we ate something and went outside. Started pulling weeds, and cleaning the yard and porch. Sweeping off about 3 inches worth of sand off the porch. Then we leveled out the whole yard. Stupid dogs dig huge foxholes in it. And I let the boys arrange all my ceramic yard animals and some big pots.

Yesterday, we did mountains of laundry, and swept the floors, and went back outside to work on some more weeds, and Gigantor cleaned up a bunch of old wood and hoses that we had behind the shed. He took put it all in his truck so he can dump it today. We also planted some seed balls that's supposed to make flowers for a butterfly garden and hummingbird garden. Then we scattered some grass seed. See if the dogs can leave it alone long enough to let it grow.

Holy Hemorrhaging Eyes Batman

Took Captain Daddy to the eye doctor today. He hasn't been in over 6 years. grrrrrrrrr

Now Captain Daddy is diabetic with high blood pressure, and when he moved up here. He had been going to this major quack where he lived. When he got up here I got him with a good doctor that actually put him in insulin. He's been struggling with blood sugar up in the 300's for at least 3 or 4 years. His blood sugar is now in normal range and he feels much better.

So...we go into the eye doctor, because he lets me know a couple months ago, that he can't see hardly at all even with his glasses.

The eye doctor does many exams, some extensive. What he found is Captain Daddy's pressure is way up in his left eye, like around 30. He also did a field vision test and it looks like Captain Daddy has the starts of glaucoma. He is having him back in two weeks to do a much more extensive test so we can find out for sure, and get the drops that stop the progression of it. When he checked his eyes a second time after dilating them, he said that they were hemorrhaging. ahhhhhhhh LOL

I'm really glad that Captain Daddy moved up here now. I seem to have forced him to get most his health issues worked out with a decent doctor, and now we are getting his eyes worked out, so that he won't go blind real soon like he would without keeping on top of it.

On a side note, we already turned the cooler on. HOT HOT HOT. hehehehee

Long Weekend

What a very long weekend it was. I'm almost glad it's the week again. Friday the kids were out of school. Some personal day for the teachers. In the morning I had Kiddo's friend K over, for a couple hours. Then we had lunch, and Big J came over. We then left and went to the early movie---Bridge to Tarabithia. It wasn't what I expected, but it was still very good. You expect lots of fantasy from the previews, but it really doesn't have that much. But still a very good family film.

Saturday we worked up at the other lot again, then got cleaned up and went to the ADA dinner (American Deer Association) Now this association is a non profit thing. They work on donations. Basicly they work on the donations of this one night. All sorts of business men show up to this dinner, they have donated things or services. There are tons of raffles, and silent auctions and even live auctions. We were enjoying ourselves, real good food, (prime rib, green beans, baked potoato, roll, salad, and cake) But these auctions were insane. Local small town business men, that can go drink, use any money spent as a tax write off, and who are showing off in front of their fellow business men.

They had a couple cheesecakes up for auction. Granted the lady if famous around town for making them. But these things went at 175 bucks for one. Not a chance in hell people. The other live auction things were prints, paintings, a couple sculptures, and a set of house plans from my uncle (he's an architect) Some of these prints that you could probably buy for 50 bucks on the internet. Went for 750 or more. It was totally insane.

All we bought was some raffle tickets, that was it. hehehehe

Sunday we didn't do to much. Did mountains of laundry and dishes, and straightened up the house. But we watched a couple movies. Stranger than Fiction with Will Ferrel. My husband said it was good, I actually fell asleep about 15 minutes into it, and woke up about 10 minutes from the end, and that was good for me. Then we watched Rent. I have always loved musicals, but to me, this one was only so so.

Now that I have completely put you to sleep, my work is done, and I'm gonna go eat a brownie. hehehe Have a good Monday all, may it be as warm and beautiful as mine. hehehehe

Humpity Hump Day

I haven't posted in a few days, cuz not much to say. Been pretty boring.

Paid bills, grilled steaks, delivered avon, coughed into next week, watched a couple netflix movies. Not much.

Tonight we went to Kiddo's Hunter Safety graduation. He got a special gift for having 100% attendance and being top scores on field day and his final exam. He got a gun club membership for a year. Gives us access to the gun range and discounts at the bait/tackle/gun/ammo store. hehehehe

Gigantor got signed up so he could become an instructor next year.

Tomorrow, not much on the agenda but to make some pasghetti. Then the kid is out of school on Friday. They said the teachers are taking a "Personal day" Whatever. hehehehe

I think I'm gonna take the family to the movie Friday evening. To go see Bridge to Tarabithia.

Okay well it's like midnight and I feel like collapsing. So...happy humping all.

Boy what a busy ass weekend. As you might remember I said that Gigantor would be gone on Saturday, so I had to take kiddo on field day. So..here is a little recap of yesterday and today.

1 husband left (loaded 4 wheeler cuz guys wanted to go play after the meeting)

38 degrees still at noon, and wind is blowing
